The EPAs finding that carbon dioxide is a dangerous pollutant explains why the administration wasnt too concerned over possible failure at Copenhagen. This was their Plan B.
The finding is an environmental Sword of Damocles held over the head of the U.S. with a warning that if cap-and-trade legislation such as Waxman-Markey or Kerry-Boxer is not signed into law, the full regulatory fury of an unelected bureaucracy will be unleashed on the American people and the U.S. economy.

How do you find their local offices. I’d like to send them an actual snail mail letter.

I wouldn’t trust the EPA with anything. It is full of whack job, liberal, cracts who think their gig is to save the world.
Ugh.

Aerobic respiration produces CO2. The finding is ridiculous on its face.

Fun Fact To Know and Tell:
Once upon a time, the EPA HQ in SW D.C. had some of the unhealthiest air in the city.
Hah!

Go to epa.gov and search for offices. Pick the link for the regional office you want.

Congress is irrelevant. It’s merely a place for corrupt individuals to get wealthy on the taxpayer’s back.
A strong executive will steamroll the spineless crooks in our Congress.
We are well down the road to communism, and the American public isn’t concerned. Well, the public might have some outrage if the media would cover the events.

The EPA cannot collect or impose taxes, so I was thinking they could
regulate so intrusively that fines could reach into the billions.

And photosynthesis removes CO2, which is the reason there are only a few hundredths of a % of the gas in today's atmosphere.

I prefer not to link to govenment sites; just paste it in your browser and have a look.

If we win 2012 the new President better fire every damn Rat appointed dating back to Clinton.
Bush made that mistake and we better learn from it. Oh, and the EPA
needs to be crushed out of existence.

When my husband first went to work for Ford(’79), he worked with the EPA side. Back then it was so heavy with paperwork he became allergic to the ink. It should have been stopped back then.

It was reported that workers at EPA became ill due the dirty air inside the EPA’s HQ.

Was at at conference this week dealing with their edict that facilities producing more than a certain amount of “greenhouse gases” must record and report the amount of these gases. They said they set the criteria amount so as to only include the top 10,000 industrial-type facilities. Had the criteria been a little lower, shopping malls and large office buildings could trigger reporting. THAT’S what I wished would have happened - get more people involved in what bs this is. Industry is all too used to being demonized, and they accept it. Get a new group involved, and Lisa Jackson’s stupid ass would be too sore to sit.

Oh, and the EPA needs to be crushed out of existence.
And the Dept. of Education and the Dept. of HHS. That would be a good start for the first day on the job for the next president.
