Yikes! Do restraining order EVER work? Shouldn't there be a psychological evaluation of the intended target of the restraining order to see if they are even capable of acting in a restrained manner? Jeez.
And prosecutors described the father/son relationship as "dysfunctional" and "cold and distant." Really?! Ya think??!!
