I believe it is illegal for a regulatory agency to alter its “regulations” in any significant manner without submitting those regulations for approval to the Legislature. This is standard language in laws creating regulatory agencies to prevent the executive branch from superseding the legislature’s role.

Does any attorney familiar with the statutes creating the EPA know if these clauses are included in the statutes?

Obama can sign whatever treaty he wants. It will not be binding until ratified, which it won’t be.

Remember, Clinton signed the Kyoto treaty and it went nowhere.

steps to Toppling the USA as world leader

1. draw the USA into an expensive war with no manufacturing base to sustain it

2. install a puppet executive in the white House

3. topple the USdollar by an overburden of debt and US Fed. sanction "run on the banks" under the guise of "stimulus"

4. pour on a fresh new robust attack of environmental terrorism in the form of Climate Change

They can call it an ‘agreement and not a ‘treaty’ (as it has been rumored) he is still acting treasonous. What is so ironic is Obama says the constitution is fundamentally flawed... as he will be committing treason...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_xNyrzB0xI

and he is supposedly a constitutional expert!

I think that #1 and #3 are the same as #4. Man - and some folks thought Vietnam was a stupid war.

just ask the ACLJ,

its called the interstate commerce clause. It is interpreted to usurp everything else in the constitution.

IE , the constitution is redundant

I have heard this over and over. polifactcheck.org spouts this. This congress has already basically signed off on this idea.

I hope you’re right but I doubt it.

It is 0bama risking all- politically and his EPA just usurped Congress and got away with it so I highly doubt he thinks he needs anything ratified. When he signs this thing, tell me will one person speak up and call him treasonous and call for hearings?

Lincoln’s “Government of the people, by the people, and for the people...”

has become

Government of the elite, by vote fraud, and imposed/inflicted on the people...

Again, he can sign whatever he wants. Treaties are always signed first, and then ratified.

I am quite confident that whatever comes out of Copenhagen will not be ratified, if there is even an agreement to sign, which I tend to doubt.

I’m also confident that the EPA will eventually be stripped of its ability to regulate “greenhouse gasses” by Congress. Congress does not like being pushed around and usurped. Most people don’t realize that the Cap and Tax bill passed by the House did just that.

BTW - I hope I’m right too. ;-)
