I have heard this over and over. polifactcheck.org spouts this. This congress has already basically signed off on this idea.

I hope you’re right but I doubt it.

It is 0bama risking all- politically and his EPA just usurped Congress and got away with it so I highly doubt he thinks he needs anything ratified. When he signs this thing, tell me will one person speak up and call him treasonous and call for hearings?

Again, he can sign whatever he wants. Treaties are always signed first, and then ratified.

I am quite confident that whatever comes out of Copenhagen will not be ratified, if there is even an agreement to sign, which I tend to doubt.

I’m also confident that the EPA will eventually be stripped of its ability to regulate “greenhouse gasses” by Congress. Congress does not like being pushed around and usurped. Most people don’t realize that the Cap and Tax bill passed by the House did just that.

BTW - I hope I’m right too. ;-)
