Jason Carter Will Run For DeKalb Seat.
The Atlanta lawyer and Democrat says he will run for a seat representing part of DeKalb County. The District 42 post is currently held by David Adelman, who has been nominated by President Barack Obama to be ambassador to Singapore.
If Adelman is confirmed in January, a special election will be held March 16.

Look up the purported, original 13th Amendment, which barred lawyers from elected office. Documentation of ratification is supposed to have gotten "lost" in the immediate, post-Civil War tumult and the federal power grab that followed during Reconstruction.
Some say it's a hoax. There's a certain logic to the notion, though. The Democrat Party would be decimated.

He better not if he wants to get elected - DeKalb County is almost nothing but Jews and Africans these days. Talk about a country that's undergone a complete transformation since the good old days when Jimmah was Guv'nor and President.
(Those good old days weren't "good" because of Saint Jimmah, but DeKalb was a nice place back in the 70s.)
Unfortunately the Constitution says “no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood” so he’s legally eligible to seek office...and anyway Jimmy was never formally tried for treason.

DeKalb County: Jihad Cindy’s bailiwick.
That district has a large black minority, but it is likely that most of the district’s white Democrat voters are Jewish, so I don’t know which way Carter’s name will cut. The RAT primary will likely decide the election.
