Is this part of the emails I have been getting today that Obama has ordered the top brass to pull troops home in anticipation of civil war before the end of winter? According to European news sources, Obama has ordered that one million troops be stateside very soon so that he can declare martial law if he wants to.

It can be done. But people need to be self-reliant.
