This is all I found so far:
(Media-Newswire.com) - Dallas, Texas December 8, 2009 ) The Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) has fined the TE Product Pipeline Company, LLC, of Baytown, Texas, $25,855 for violating the Clean Water Act. Todays announcement settles a Clean Water Act violation for a 1,470-gallon oil spill into Cedar Bayou, a tributary of Galveston Bay, and adjoining shorelines, in Chambers County, Texas, on April 28, 2009.
