The threat of the Epa ruling was used as a hammer by the Rats to coerce a Cap & Trade bill-—seems they jumped the gun. The Epa cabon endangerment ruling with affect every aspect of our lives.
This is a mandate, NOT PASSED LEGISLATION. Using the ancient clean air act, passed by the Supremes in a vote on a lawsuit is draconian in the extreme. These words don’t even begin to express my outrage.
When the government says they can regulate breathing, we have a problem.
Then let's just disobey it. Eff 'em.
Large scale farmers whose stock exhale from both ends are going to cost them mucho. Prepare for higher food prices. Oil & gas compaies who drill hundreds of wells will also have to pay, Prepare for higher fuel prices. This doesn’ t even touch refineries and coal burning power plants, gas burning planrs, etc. ad infinitum , ad nauseum. Prepare for higher energy prices.
The smart grid will enable individual energy use. prepare for restrictions on your heating and cooling if you are xubject ot smart grid scrutiny.
If I remember right, the SCOTUS ruling specifically charged the EPA to provide their own scientific study that proved endangerment; Jackson says she relies primarily on the 2007 IPPC report.
This should already have been challenged and SCOTUS appealed for relief.
I heard today at a major O&G company that there are multiple lawsuits gearing up. I hope they swamp this abortion of a finding with nasty lawsuits.
How about a class action suit brought against them by We The People?
A congress composed of AMERICANS could put a stop to this crap in a heartbeat.

I heard this and began to breathe so heavily I almost passed out! I then realized I was trying to get rid of all the poisonus CO2 in my lungs!
I remembered my old first aid rule about hyperventelating! I needed to get a paper sack, blow the poisonus CO2 into it and suck it back into my lungs!
But, CO2 IS POISONUS! The EPA said so! What can I do? I can’t live with it because of the EPA and I can’t live without it!
