Justification and Options for Creating U.S. Capabilities
Establishing security is the sine qua non of stability operations, since it is a prerequisite for reconstruction and development. Security requires a mix of military and police forces to deal with a range of threats from insurgents to criminal organizations. This research examines the creation of a high-end police force, which the authors call a Stability Police Force (SPF). The study considers what size force is necessary, how responsive it needs to be, where in the government it might be located, what capabilities it should have, how it could be staffed, and its cost. This monograph also considers several options for locating this force within the U.S. government, including the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Secret Service, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in the Department of State, and the U.S. Army's Military Police.
The authors conclude that an SPF containing 6,000 people created in the U.S. Marshals Service and staffed by a hybrid option, in which SPF members are federal police officers seconded to federal, state, and local police agencies when not deployed would be the most effective of the options considered. The SPF would be able to deploy in 30 days. The cost for this option would be $637.3 million annually, in FY2007 dollars.
Why not? Don't buy govrnment health insurance go to prison. He will need some agency to enforce that. Obama would not do that himself as he is an abject coward.
Dont' do it, don't say it, don't even think it. No standing domestic army for dealing with American "insurgents." Any attempt to create this monstrosity, this outrage against American liberty, will be the last dumb-assed thing they ever try to do. Period. Watch and see. I'm just reporting what I see on the streets.
Let 'em try it, see how far they get...

No, but it will be necessary if they keep this shit up. And you know like I know, Tet, it'll be damn effective. The Russkies thought they had it tough in Afghanistan? What would have been the likely outcome had the Mujahadeen had 80-million+ armed defenders?
Had that been the force they encountered, Russia would be damn lucky to still be Russia right now. :-)

We already have the
US Army Consequence Management Reaction Force (CCMRF) (PC enuf?) AKA Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) Consequence Management Reaction Force (CCMRF)
Say that fast 3 times.
Emperor bammys stormtroopers? Oh Yeah, thatll end well.
Not very well. Everyone I know has more rounds than that, EACH. Sure wouldn’t want to be ossamma obama’s Storm Troups marching on Concorde2. Would make Bonnie and Clyde’s end look like Recess. They better start talking about 600,000 instead!

He needs his own gestapo because loyal American LEOs will not obey every command of the 0NE!
Anything is possible. Especially with the bunch in Washington now. Washington needs no more “Federal Police” like agencies — this is just a way of creating a “private army.”
Fascinating that all this stuff about party crashers at the White House comes up now. Interesting how the Secret Service’ credibility is being called into question.
I can hear the calls — from Congress, and the White House — that the Secret Service is no longer trustworthy and they must be replaced with a “security force” hand-picked by Obama himself, and loyal to and answerable to only him...
Sounds vaguely familiar....

A little Gestapo
A little SS
A little more from these globalist Marxofascists.
yep, that would just about do it.
If you gave me half of that and the funding of the federal government, I'm sure that with the right intel, you could just about put a lid on anybody or anything you wanted.
Give me 2 6-man assault teams with two 12-man teams as overwatch.. then just go to town on the civilians that think they're bad asses.
We're civilians..most of us. Every once in awhile I get a chuckle out of keyboard warriors saying this or that about revolution/civil war/uprising or vaguely threatening "the man".... F'ing joke.
What "they" would do to stabilize an area is round up the trouble makers, take your bank accounts and weapons... and who will "defend" you... your neighbors...uh sure. Your family... yeah, right..maybe. Your co-workers.. not likely.
So all the guys that signed up for Oath Keepers, put their names on lists for doing this or doing that... guess what.
You're going to be the first ones that get the knock at the door from the men with the yellow letters on their jackets.
You'll be the first to get the IRS lien and audit. You'll be the first one to have "safety" inspections in order to comply with some environmental regulation.... then your house, your money and your weapons will be gone. You'll be labeled a right wing kook and everybody here will tsk, tsk, tsk... and maybe donate money for your defense fund. Then those names will be added to the list of possible threats to the "government" and "stability".
There is and has been voter fraud and we can't even get the so called "law" to check photo id and make sure that votes are counted. That is the ONLY legal way to "fight the man". But we've been hoodwinked into the outright theft of elections and now we are in the midst of the Detroitification of the United States.
So before you and others poo-poo the idea of a 6000 man force not being able to "control" the country. Just look at how many ATF agents we have in this country. They seem to join up with the FBI and put the hammer down anytime they want.
They burned women and children alive, what happened? Not a damn thing. They destroyed the evidence with bulldozers and nobody said a peep. Why? I'll tell you why, cause you didn't want to face the business end of an MP-5 or see the little red dot trace across your chest and face.
My advice is to read.... and find a study group to read. Read on peaceful things. Never try to "fight" the man where he wants to fight. Just find people with experience in life skills and coping skilsl that may help you in the future. If you have life experiences ,share with others, do it.
Maybe even a book of the month club might be helpful.
Remember in all conflicts its all about intel. always stay in the shadows
copy and paste this if you'd like...

OMG I never thought of that I was just freaked out when I found it good point.
It does seem that way doesn’t it.
Yeah, but Stability Police Force (SPF)as a media buzz word is brand new.
The best camoflague is civilian clothing.
The most dangerous man is the unobtrusive man who has little to lose.
Societal fabric of a tyranny can be screwed up, if aided by a great number of quiet, independent, intelligent men. Those same men would quickly rally to one charismatic leader.
The system is almost quasi-functional still. I am amazed to see the failure (so far) of socialist and totalitarian bills in Congress and the Senate. I am encouraged by their failure. I am delighted to see the Official News Organs bypassed and news make it to us by a still-unfettered internet.
Things are better than most make it out to be, but tyranny is closer than it has ever been, too.
