He needed ID to see the Producers? That was Mel Brooks first Movie, not Blazing saddles. This guy can’t tell a BS story with out messing up.

Wouldn’t you love it if we could all get the message to the guy living in our White House that we are all his boss?

According to zer0’s Kenedy Center revelations...
He was 10 when his father came to visit and took him to see Dave Brubeck in Hawaii in 1971.
He also says he was 10 when he saw Blazing Saddles (with a fake ID - cough) in 1974.
Does this joker ever tell the truth about anything?

As with my simple response previously...YES!!!

It would have been a good catch, but the quote was edited for the headline. 0bama was referring to the first Brooks film that he saw, not to the first film Brooks made.
Besides, I have to give credit to Mel Brooks. He said he treasured the award so much it would be the last one to go on Ebay.

He was (allegedly) 12 1/2 when BS came out Feb’74. He didn’t need any ID, just an adult claiming to be his parent or guardian.
To: JohnBovenmyer
Blazing Saddles’ release date is said to be: February 7, 1974. Per Wikipedia, Zer0's date of birth (and who knows where or when, in reality) is said to be August 4, 1961.
That confirms the 12.5 years of age when BS was released but not knowing when he actually saw it, if he really did, the age would have been older than the 10 years of age he recited in the presentation Sunday.
Maybe, he was just excited or, as usual, lying for effect.
It is also probably Bush's fault that the TelePrompter was not correct, in the final analysis.
