John Galligan says as fast as this case is moving, a fair trial will be tough. Today, the retired Army Colonel had strong words for the Army. After 32 counts of premeditated attempted murder were filed yesterday against Nadal Hasan.
"I'm not really that surprised that we ended up seeing additional charges and the level of those charges of attempted premeditated murder. My opinion may not be correct or supported by evidence."
Galligan says the charges have only energized his defense team to fight for an impartial trial.
He plans to file objections over how the case is being handled or rushed.
"That doesn't appear to be of any concern to his commander who just went down there without notice to me and slapped a bunch of charges on him so I'm still getting over that one. "
Meanwhile, Galligan says he'll keep a close eye over every procedure especially if the Army tries to pursue the death penalty.
"The Army is obviously playing hardball but sometimes when you play hardball you forget about basic rules or fairness you forget that time and deliberation ends up with a better resolution."
Besides the additional 32 attempted premeditated murder charges now on Hasan, Galligan says more charges might be in the works for his client.

Basic rules and fairness were the last thing on Hasan’s mind when he committed his murderous terror attacks.
Watch for defense to file for a change of venue. Maybe some liberal enclave like Massachusetts or Connecticut.
Galligan sounds like a drama queen. Better call him a waaambulance.

Hasan needs to give up his jihadist contacts to the army.
The Army should bitch slap Hasan until he does. Fairness be damned.
Hasan should receive some of the fairness his victims did. Interrogation, military trial, and execution by firing squad.

Premeditated murder is the crime of wrongfully causing the death of another human being (also known as murder) after rationally considering the timing or method of doing so, in order to either increase the likelihood of success, or to evade detection or apprehension.
Sounds about right to me.

Slap the murderous muzzie with 32 slabs of bacon and a .45 between the eyes.

You mean, help our nation, no, Obama and his ilk outlawed that.
Barbara Boxer and Chuck Schumer would have you in handcuffs.

Way too much mercy on this killer. Bring the bacon to a sizzle before you slap him with with it. Force his mouth open and then slam in several of the strips of sizzling bacon - preferably 1 strip for every person he wounded. Wait several minutes, and then use 22 short ammo with a 22 pistol and shoot a round into him for every person he killed, 14 rounds - 14 people killed - starting at his crotch, and then very slowly work towards his neck. At that point the .45 you mentioned could be used and aimed at the discretion of the shooter.

Last I heard, he had spinal cord injury that made him immobile below the waste.
Take him to your favorite desert, drop him face up on the ground, and station a platoon from the army around him. You may want to move the circle further away when he starts yelling, since there’s no good reason to make the duty more difficult.
Then wait until he stops breathing.
Then walk away.
We always pay the soldiers, so why waste money on bullets?
