I heard about 2,000 more troops to be sent there. This, at least, is the suggestion of one of the Polish top military commanders who claims that without substantial reinforcement of our contingent, soon it will be impossible to successfully control the area of the Polish zone.

You may well be right - I heard a figure of 650 on the radio and as we well know that isn't authoritative. But even if it is 600 it is still a lot more than others are willing to commit.
