Los Angeles (PIO) -- In the tradition of the Barack Obama Hope poster and the more recent socialism poster, a new image of President Obama has begun to turn up in Downey and other neighborhoods in and around Los Angeles. The new poster depicts President Obama as a medieval court jester and features the label "TWAP," the intended meaning of which is unknown. Apparently a protest against President Obama's increasingly unpopular policies, the image has inspired both anger and laughter among those who have seen it, most often dependent upon the viewer's ideological bent....

The Weak-Ass Poser

This brightenins my day a bit.
I have my doubts, after that Harlem Globetrotter couldn't arrive at "FRANZ" from "AFNZR" on the Amazing Race Sunday night.
They were in Prague, home of Franz Kafka. In their defense, none of the other contestants got it right off the bat.
They'd really be scratching their heads on my favorite question from WWII, i.e. "what was the one word response of the American general (McAuliffe) at Bastogne, when the Germans ordered him to surrender?"
I'll toss out hints like "Battle of the Bulge", "December 1944", "101st Airborne Division", and all I get are quizzical looks. It's pretty consistent across the board for those under 45 YO.
