The evidence against the perp mounted with each subsequent crime, and places further weight on the right or wrong decisions made by those in the system that were responsible for the prosecution and incarceration of this piece of trash/killer.

The most recent was bail for the child rape charge. Only $150,000 of which he needed only $15,000 to be posted. That was done (by who?? Relatives??) and he was on the street again.

YEah, Kimberly Guilfoyle was complaining to a detective about him having been given bail, but $15000 is still quite a lot to come up with - somebody had to come up with it. I doubt if relatives did. I don’t know why, but I doubt it. If we never hear any more about it, I think we’ll know the reasonwhy.
