As someone else has said: “I’m not sure what country he’s president of.”

Is Barack Obama's diplomacy strategic or naive?

Neither, his diplomacy is evil.

Destroying things doesn’t require much strategy. The formula is simple. Domestic policy: Punish the working class and reward the freeloaders. Foreign policy: Alienate friendlies and empower foes.

A rather strange question to ponder. Right along the lines of “Do you speak English?”. There has never been any president in the history of this Country with so much blatant contempt and sheer hatred towards the human beings he is, in theory, representing.

Obama (and all other liberal / democrat / socialist) policy is even easier than that.

“Wherever possible, expand government power”

In one sentence, on the local stage, national stage and global stage that is what they do over and over.

And...I think the indoctrinated FOOL is awakening the sleeping giant in the same manner as did the 12/07/1941 attack on Pearl harbor.
