But I understand you wanting to stand up for Obama’s buddy http://sports.espn.go.com/golf/news/story?id=3695226 who participated in Barak’s coronation ceremonies.

BS. I don't support anything about Obama, and neither do 99% of the folks on this forum. Don't try and paint me as some liberal just because I think that Zoeller is a jerk.

So Woods went to the inauguration. BFD.

Zoeller is still a tool.

Think about this.

What kind of moron makes a joke about fried chicken and collard greens regarding a black man - and does it in front of international media?

A jerk is a jerk. Zoeller has a history of being a massive one.

I wouldn't have accepted his "apology" either. His first take at the "apology" was that it was the other guy's fault for "taking that way." That is right out of the curriculum for "I'M-NOT-SORRY 101" and "GUTLESS 202."

Zoeller could have made it funny :
Tiger used to hang out at McDonald's with a friend, at the time he won the Masters at age 20. Why didn't Zoeller make a joke about McDonalds, and middle-aged guys, and cholesterol? Then ask Tiger not to have the banquest at McDonalds, and said, No Big Macs please...
Everyone would have laughed even Tiger.

It was only news because he beat Biden to it. ;)

The entire golf world was hit in the face with his remark as was I when I heard it. It was the MSM that made a big deal out of it, not Tiger Woods and ultimately he did comment on it by accepting Zoeller's apology. But to now demonize Woods for the delay? That's just more crap from the Woods hating community.

Just curious, why is there no mention here of the statement by Kelly Tilghman that "young players who wanted to challenge Tiger Woods should lynch him in a back alley.'"

Woods came under fire by the black apologists who felt he should have been offended by that remark.

No matter what Tiger does, no matter how much society benefits from his golf stardom, there will always be the envious scumballs who are forever searching for the least indiscretions on his part in order to bring down the giant..............thats just the way it is.

Not near as big a jerk as Tiger. The only difference is that Tiger is black and that makes it alright. If anyone goes after him they are racist.

Do you know Zoeller? Do you know Woods? My knows (and has played golf with Fuzzy) at Riviera in L.A. numerous times and says that no, he is not a ‘genius’ but that he is a nice guy, a fun loving guy and known to be a jokester. He is not mean-spirited in the least.

I have seen Woods in action more times than I can possibly count, having witnessed his antics at numerous tourneys around CA. Unless he is winning and has a BIG lead, he is always, always profane, rude, tosses clubs, screams at anyone who so much as sneezes, gives dirty looks to birds on the course for heaven’s sake.

If I had to pick one of those two for a night out, I’d choose Zoeller every time.

Oh, and by the way, Woods REALLY REALLY looks like he takes steroids, but that’s just what I see.
