TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) Honduras' Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that ousted President Manuel Zelaya cannot legally return to office, dimming the possibility of his reinstatement after a June coup, court sources said.
The Court did not release the full text of its non-binding ruling, but a court source and a lawyer close to the proceedings said it closely follows earlier decisions upholding Zelaya's ouster after he moved to change the constitution.

Good news! May the constitutional state of Honduras keep their sovereignty and tell the un and “commander zero” to go pound sand.

upholding Zelaya's ouster after he unconstitutionally moved to change the constitution. Fixed that part of it.

We’re not talking about a mere crooked politician here. We’re talking about a full fledged nut. If Honduras were forced to vote on him again he’d lose worse than Jimmy Carter against Reagan.

This was not a “coup.” It was a case of failing to uphold the Honduras Constitution which is an automatic cause for Zelayas removal from office. He violated the country's constitution by pushing for a vote that would have allowed him to extend his time in office. This vote was prohibited by Congress, the Supreme Court, the attorney General and the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. As a side note, ballots intended to be used for this “election” were found in boxes and they were all ready filled out (80% were in favor of a third term) even though no vote was taken.
I have very reliable information that two organizations are behind Manuel Zelayas return to power: Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARK) and (hold on to your hats Freepers) the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). This information I received from a missionary with great connections with leaders in the Honduran government. This missionary's organization is doing great relief aid for the peoples of Honduras.
The SEIU is working in alliance with Unitary Central of Honduran Workers (CUTH), the Confederation of Honduran Workers (CTH), the General Workers Central (CGT), and the Trade Union Confederation of the Americas (TUCA).
FARK and SEIU want to secure Honduras as a drug sanctuary and impose a Marxist government. This effort is supported by Marxist allies Hugo Chávez, Rafael Correa, Daniel Ortega, Raul Castro, and Evo Morales.
I have confidence in the Honduran people to fight this assault on their constitutional government. The truth of the matter they already know. They are well aware of our state controlled media and the Obama regime who are working against the sovereignty of Honduras. This government of ours is no friend of freedom.

...after a June coupLOL, there go those crack investigative "journalists" at Reuters again! They obviously didn't get the memo... from the Congressional Research Service and the Law Library of Congress (!) that the ouster was perfectly legal and NOT a coup. Oh well... that's Reuters for you. Reuters is about as honest and credible as a climate scientist.

Does the SEIU have some Branch affiliate there, or were taken to Honduras on some bus ride? If so, hopefully they plant their commie butts in a chair and stay there.
If they went their from here to keep Zelaya in power, is that even legal under US law. By what orders would they go?
Who's cash did they use ours? or the Unions?
And if they have a home base there were they funded by constituents in the US?
I almost hope so. Perhaps the paper trail will lead back to the evil MAD MARXIST occupying the W.H.
Forgive me for being long winded.
Thank you,
Angela

O that nutty Reuters.
Now that Honduras has won this thing and the US has climbed down from its earlier insanity, Reuters’ silly insistence that it was a “coup” seems like the joke at the end of a Scooby Doo episode.

The SEIU is an international organization. In Honduras they are affiliated with several union groups. They are the Unitary Central of Honduran Workers (CUTH), the Confederation of Honduran Workers (CTH), the General Workers Central (CGT), and the Trade Union Confederation of the Americas (TUCA). The most alarming thing my missionary friend said is that the SEIU is also working with SARK in drug trafficking. Zelaya is also into the drug cartel. Their money is coming from the drug trade as well as government corruption.

The Communist Party has been outlawed since 1935. How do I know? My grand uncle banned it.

Marxism does not need a Communist face on it to take over a nation. We know that Zelaya moved cocaine from Venezuela and Columbia though Honduras. The money from this activity is financing forces bent on taking over Honduras. I hope the Honduras people are strong and do whatever it takes to resist this effort. I know there will be little assistance from the Obama Administration because it appears that they are backing the other side.

There one factor. The military would never allow this to happen. The military is so anti-Marxist and Communist the person would be probably either be arrested or suffering a bad case of lead poisoning.

I hope so. However, I have doubts. It was the military that Zelaya almost convinced to help implement his illegal election scheme. And if that election ever occurred, ballots were all ready filled out, ready to throw the election in Zelaya’s favor. It will be corruptive power of drug money, Venezuelan oil money and the schemes of many forces inside and outside of Honduras that will work together to sell Honduras democracy down the river.

I have no doubts that the military will take care of things. My gran uncle used the military to ban all communists and was President for over 18 years. Most of the governments have been center right. The military in Honduras is a force to be reconed with. If you want to stay in power you need military support or you are toast.
