I hope so. However, I have doubts. It was the military that Zelaya almost convinced to help implement his illegal election scheme. And if that election ever occurred, ballots were all ready filled out, ready to throw the election in Zelaya’s favor. It will be corruptive power of drug money, Venezuelan oil money and the schemes of many forces inside and outside of Honduras that will work together to sell Honduras democracy down the river.

I have no doubts that the military will take care of things.My gran uncle used the military to ban all communists and was President for over 18 years. Most of the governments have been center right. The military in Honduras is a force to be reconed with. If you want to stay in power you need military support or you are toast.
