The "open, kind and understanding and inclusive" left just don't understand the other side asking questions about WarmingGate.

What exactly does Mr. Begley Jr. do for food $$ these days? Seems he hasn’t had an acting gig in a while. What a shame—not!

Well now it is quite clear that those who do believe in Climate Change have as much a faith in that as the religious do in their religion. Seperation of Church and State. Seperation of Church and state, Keep the radical global warming climate change religion out of our schools and out of our common areas and the next time some wacko like Ed Begley or Al Gore start Preaching their nonsense about global warming simply state “Well my belief is that God will take care of our planet since it was created by him, do you believe that God would let man destroy the earth? You gotta have faith.

OMG! left wing has been deflecting for the faux pie in the sky known as gore-bull warming. And, now it is shown that it is but a lefty wet dream... Too funny to watch...almost pitiful, that is if you're the merciful type (too the left).

Ed Begley told us nineteen times in 39 seconds that we must place 100% faith in peer reviewed studies and ignore everything else.

Was this before or after the East Anglia emails exposed the plan to banish skeptics from participating in peer reviewed studies?

I caught his rant with Varney. The fellow is a total IDIOT whose motto seems to be “Don’t confuse me with facts. My mind’s made up.”

Begley kept screaming about “peer-reviewed science”, but a big part of this disclosure was that the peer review process had been *corrupted*, by creating peer review “circles”, amounting to, ‘A’ peer reviews ‘B’, then ‘B’ peer reviews ‘C’, then ‘C’ peer reviews ‘A’.

To make matters worse, ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ are all in agreement that they will all support all arguments the others make, *and* exclude *anyone* not just who is in disagreement with their theories, but *anyone* who is objective. They might have well had their papers “peer reviewed” by Al Gore.

This goes beyond bad science, to criminal science. It is just as bad as a doctor-scientist taking bribes from a pharmaceutical company to assert that there is nothing wrong with pregnant women taking Thalidomide, then being “peer reviewed” by another doctor scientist who has also been bribed.

I dropped by briefly over at Big Hollywood to read the comments. The lefty posters are going totally off the rails, many of them attacking Christianity.
It’s amazing to behold.

His disdain for physicists was interesting. I kinda doubt Begley could work out a freshmen one dimensional particle kinematics problem ignoring friction.

I drove by a massive wind farm in Indiana yesterday-—looked like 50 windmills. My financial guy told me he knew about the project, and it was broke.

IOW's when it comes to "climate science", peer review is one big circle-jerk.

The comically hysterical D-list actor Ed Begley ranting and raving when the usually placid Stuart Varney confronts him about the newly-exposed 'climate change' hoax is funny to watch. Stu Varney did a commendable job is blunting Begley's hysteria but these kinds of exchanges are usually far more heat than light. Good television, though.

At best, Ed Begley is appalled at the very idea that he was duped and lives a relatively spartan lifestyle that is based on a fraud, rendering his 'sacrifices' meaningless and wiping out his status as a 'green' crusader who 'walked the walk'. In short, Begley is just plain embarrassed for being taken for a fool.

At worst, Begley always knew (or surmised) that the 'global warming'/'climate change' concept was a lie and now that it's been exposed and the government's opportunity to use 'climate change' as a vehicle to impose the left's elitist demands on the average Americans fairly comfortable middle class lifestyle - something they've long wanted to do - is threatened and will likely fail, big-time is really upsetting Begley (and folks like him) who thought they had this one sewn up and delivered. Well, not quite.

Begley was “all in” for environmentalism many years ago.

It must be difficult for somebody like that, to consider they were wrong, at all.

There’s a 3rd possiblity stemming from the Global-Warming-as-Pseudo-Religion theory: That Ed Begley is essentially like a Millenialist. When the world doesn’t end when the religion predicts, they just re-set the doomsday clock & go on as if nothing had happened.

Wow, that guy came unglued. He is one of the most irrational moonbats I have ever seen. He was totally out of control. And, I tell, you, if he would have kept pointing his damn finger at me like he did to Stuart he’d be drawing back a broken digit.
