The last two months of the growing ACORN scandal has focused on the damning videos shot by James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles.
In seven out of eight offices, ACORN employees attempted to aid and abet O’Keefe and Giles’ illicit “scheme” to establish a brothel for underage illegal-immigrant prostitutes from Central America. .
That phase has been tabled for a future date, as I forthrightly stated last Thursday evening to Attorney General Eric Holder on FOX NEWS’ Hannity show.
The next phase will be the evidentiary phase. Starting with, but not limited to an extraordinary document dump at the San Diego office that was one of the offices O’Keefe and Giles exposed, causing the firing of a single employee.
On October 1, California Attorney General Jerry Brown, who once again aspires to be the state’s governor, announced that he was investigating not just ACORN in California, but also the truth tellers who exposed the alleged corruption and illegality.
Last night, I hosted a three-hour show on KFI 640 AM, the largest radio station in the country, and use the opportunity to announce the existence of 20,000 deeply sensitive and highly political documents discovered in the dumpster behind ACORN in San Diego on October 9, nine days after ACORN was announced to be under state investigation.
Some might call that “obstruction of justice.”

Most Republican Congressmen are gutless cowards, who would throw the truth under the bus; and crawl and appologize for exposing the truth without first getting permission.
To actually see a Conservative with a spine has to be a stunning development for the Liberals. They have had decades of experience working with RINOS and to see a spine has to be a rude awakening.

Jerry Brown is a Piece of Crap who could not find his a$$ if he used both hands. He always was and so was his Father who also was CA Governor until Reagan beat him in 1966.
Not to mention brass cojones. Seriously, I hope Breitbart has a bulletproof bodyguard contingent. The “Chicago Way” has GOT to be feeling heat, like being inside a volcano.
I have a suspicion that they have documents from other offices as well.
This gives me an idea if I ever get bored in retirement.
Which is precisely why the RNC gets nada from me until every last one of them have been purged from the party. I'll support individual politicans who show some backbone and stand up for our Constitutional Republic. The rest are scum and will be directly responsible for the civil war to come.
ACORN knows that it is “untouchable”, being an overwhelmingly black, leftist, pro-democrat group of thugs, cheats and criminals.
ACORN is dangerous not just because they have a criminal mindset but they are just flat out stupid too. I would think that others on the Left who are somewhat more sophisticated in their larceny are growing more and more irritated by ACORN’s incompetence.
Worth repeating.
