Is anyone planning on heading down to the US Capitol tonight? Is anything officially organized yet?
Unfortunately I have this nagging thing called “obligations”... unlike our government, I follow through with mine. I really hope people can go because the government is blatantly doing what they want now. I honestly think they are worse than the communists in Europe and else wear!
To what end?

I regret we couldn’t muster up 1000 or so of us to march on the Capitol—like a scene from the movie “Ghandi,” except perhaps not so peaceful.
The day is coming soon when we really will need to shut down the brothel that our Capitol has become.
“The day” is already here.
The best and probably only way to stop the vote from moving the legilation to the floor for debate is to keep one of the Dem. Senators from getting to the Senate tonight. Anybody have any ideas? Bribery usually works with these guys.

I think it’s a great idea but it’s logistically damn near impossible with their last minute votes. That’s why they do it I guess.
If it were at all possible, I’d love to see America descend on Washington for the final vote. I’d definitely go.
Please excuse me Mr. Moderator, my mention of a naturally occuring disease seems to be out of line with the policy of Free Republic. Is it possible to obtain a list of PC correct diseases to refer to. It seems HINI is O.K., some people die from this. How about heart disease? Obesity?
Ebola? Is it just because cattle die from my mentioned desease that we are concerned. Since many diseases could possible be turned into a weapon of terrorism, are they “out of bounds?” We talk about weapons on these threads all the time, about pros and cons of which bullets and guns have the post “stopping power”. Would the mention of “a 45” been also deleted??

People should start calling Byrd! This may be one Reid overlooked and assumed was on board because he’s not been saying much.

We all need to step up and PRAY for Godly intervention - a stomach flu virus, a chest pain that requires an ER visit, car trouble, anything that would prevent even 1 yes vote from arriving there and voting tonight!
