It’s not baffling at all, Mr. Beamer, once you become reconciled to the fact that Holder, and the entire 0bama administration from the top down, are hostile to the United States.

This decision is September 11, the sequel. It is my hope that Mr. Holder will reconsider.
These comments sum it up perfectly. There is no good outcome from this decision; not for the country, not for the victims or their families, and certainly not for our men in uniform. What exactly are we trying to achieve?
I could only watch a part of these sham hearings.
But then I did watch the conversation between Holder and the mother of one of those on flight 93 (not remembering whose mother she was).
She was very good with her pointed questions.
Holder was totally slick and nauseating.
This lady, however, said at the end, “We’ll trust your decision.” (I believe those were her words).
Was sorry to hear her say that.
I wish Mr. Beamer had been the parent of a flight 93 hero who had been filmed in a conversation with Holder.
AND OF COURSE OBAMA AND HOLDER HAVE DISCUSSED THIS ISSUE - I am sure Holder got his ORDERS to do this directly from Zero.

In this case giving KSM an open forum, as he will represent himself, will give a huge voice to terrorists world wide.
In turn this will once again fill the campaign (and who knows what else)coffers of zero/axel in 2010 and 2012.
Those who love terrorism in the mideast, and there is no shortage of these rogue countries from the Saudis to a dozen other mid-east countries who would just love to see our demise.
He will still lose but may walk away with who knows how many millions.
In either way it's a win win strategy for socialists since the far left will see the joker as giving ksm every legal chance(he needs trial lawyers)and as previously mentioned the rest of the world that hates us will fawn all over him for a while.
Could be a corollary but these guys are about advancing socialism, power, money, staying in office.
After being treated like a school boy who didn’t study for a test, Holder and his boss should be embarassed to ever bring up the civilian trials again. This would be in a norml world where reason and truth prevail. But DC has gone a long way past that.
