YES! It’s a start. The ONLY way to save America is to reclaim it for Christ ASAP.

Bible based Christians answer to a Higher Authority.

We don't answer to the Obomnation, Pelosi or Reed and other minions of Satan.

Was that a shot I just heard ring out? Or was it a gauntlet slapping the face of a varlet?

Methinks Fort Sumter has just been fired upon.

Great.

I wonder if this also includes any thoughts about Obama’s Civil Service threats he made while campaigning.

I had felt that a ‘conscientious objection’ should be allowed to exempt one from ‘serving’. As I remember it, no service was going to allow ANY freedom of religion during service. Can’t be in any religious buildings, not allowed to share your faith while in this ‘organization’. It was an abomination to a committed Christian. You really can’t separate your faith for 3 months. Not good.

The Manhattan Declaration is very well thought out, and well stated. I think that this document should be widely circulated — as widely as possible.

The implied call for resistance to government programs which violate the three basic principles enunciated here is not necessarily a call for violence by Christians, but may make Christians the subjects of violence from the government. May we have the strength to endure and overcome. We should take this stand full of confidence, for ultimately we are on the right side.

I feel compelled to point out a couple of things to my fellow FReepers:

The primary PR firm handling the propagation of this “manifesto” is owned and operated by very wealthy Mitt Romney supporter Mark DeMoss. A number of the original signatories have taken very large sums of money from Romney and his cronies, and either actively covered politically (lied) for Romney or hushed up publicly about Romney’s true record and attempts to deceive Christian conservatives.

If you sign this, you’re on Romney’s list.

Personally, I’ll pass.
