So when I heard about the latest release from the government task force not recommending mammograms until age 50, I shuddered to think what would have happened if my mom waited to have a mammogram until she was 50...

Here’s a stunning idea: Let people make up their own mind instead of relying on ‘experts’ to make up their minds for them on every conceivable thing. We could call it, I don’t know... liberty?
Sick men were treated very differently...with much more attention given than the women.
I truly don't think much has changed.
Between this and the pap test guidelines, I have the thought that they do not want as many women surviving the child-bearing years. Less women who can bear childern -> less children -> less people they have to support with their communist agenda.
don’t forget - they’re baacking off on the recommendations for pap smears too.this way they can claim to be savign taxpayers money.
they haven’t even got their bill passed, and they’re dumbing down health care.
What do you expect from the Muslim Zero.
Vote the despots out of office!!!!
Well what would you expect; these women are less useful, are not needed for the abortion industry and cost too much to maintain. However, the cowardly left needs excuses implementing their grand-plan.
I think that has changed a lot. Hospitals view women as the decision maker on where their family gets care. Consequently Hospitals have bent over backwards to cater to women.
You see hospitals building huge Women's Health wings with huge fancy rooms. You don't see Men's Health wings.
I have thought for years that the “green movement”, the “environmentalists” attitude was indicative of an Earthly zero sum mindset.
The Earth in their opinion should have maximum capacity signs strategically posted similar to public transportation busses, subway cars, or Fire Department required room capacity signs as in restaurants, bars, and other structures.
The “green/environmentalist” sorts thrive on creating illogic to support their imaginations.
Again the MSM find profit in their presentations of doom and gloom, therefore they can count on allies in the media.
Well, most men are big babies when it comes to being ill. And many nurses are single! (Female nurses that is.)
With the affirmative action figure’s administration, the green movement is one leg of a three-legged stool designed to crash the American economy and institute the democrat’s socialist wet dream federal oligarchy. The stool is named the ‘Apollo Alliance’, the brainchild of self proclaimed communist/blkack nationalist Van Jones. The Apollo Alliance was funded into exitence via the Tides Foundation, one of the Soros?teresa Kerry foundations headed by one of Billy Ayers fellow terrorist travelers. The other two legs, BTW, are social justice (read ACORN election cheating and mortgage debacle) and the unions (read SEIU of Andy Stern, commie, and the AFL-CIO thuggery).
Yes the Leftists have absorbed, or rather confiscated the extremist greenie/environmentalist movements into their tactical assault mechanisms. Agreed.
Christopher Monckton (whom Al Goron will not dare debate on MMGW) makes a comment about how his friends who started the green movement and PETA movement were quickly co-opted to serve the socialist world governemnt agenda, and his friends got out then, early in the exercise.
Yes, I wish I could find a single female nusre in my area ... they make wonderful roommates, or so I’m told. I’m a 64 years old single guy who can take care of himself, thank you. I just would like to have an articulate, educated female companion ... do you know if single female nurses are good at sharing in life?
I’d not read that, Thanks for that tidbit.

The co-founder of Greenpeace backs up this story too. Of course Greenpeace has accused him of being a “sell out” and routinely demonize him.

To HECK with THAT nonsense!!!! I say we colonize the earth and the sea and that’s only getting started, then move on tot colonize the moon and the planets, then the nearby solar systems, then the galaxy then the local galactic group and then the rest of the universe!!!!
Each step creating new advanced technology and celebrating the wonder that is human intelligence by coming up with newer and greater solutions to grow and expand ourselves.
If we say for instance colonize the moon, we will want to create parks and nature reserves on it, which will allow animals and plants who could never build their own space craft an opportunity to escape any future cataclysm that would have normally extincted them.
Full colonization of Earth and Space is good for ALL the animals and plants on the Earth, otherwise they will bite the plasma of the expanding red giant sun 3 Billions years from now....
Perhaps you should consider a career in screenwriting for some Hollywood studio. It appears right up your alley.

Was that an insult? Because telling me I would make a good Hollywood drone is fightin’ words.
My intent in my post was that Human progress is a good tthing and not something we should let the commies and enviro-nuts take away from us.
