I’m seriously starting to think that Obama’s plan is for KSM to be acquitted or the charges be thrown out due to “torture” or some other technicality rooted in the way he was treated under the Bush administration. If/when this happens, he will seek to blame it all on Bush, Cheney, and every Republican who supported their policies, and then use the debacle as evidence that “America needs to change its ways.”

I know this sounds to crazy to be true, but then.....

Barack Hussein Obama is elected as President of the United States.

I know this sounds too crazy to be true, but then.....

“I know this sounds to crazy to be true, but then.....”

Well, his actions thus far in this matter certainly suggest his motives are NOT in the best interests of the United States. This POS is the most dangerous president in American history.

That’s not crazy at all. It is the most logical reason.

Didn’t the guy plead guilty???????????????

Obama wants him to get off..

I really believe that Bambi knows he will not get a second term..and does not care. He is out to destroy us.

I think he is a sleeper cell..if not technically...then fundamentally.

The one thing I cannot understand is who is pulling the strings here. Yes, we know Soros. But who else is complicit.

His family has the hallmarks of being involved with the Spooks.

There is clearly a “track two” type of operation going on against America. Who is going to stop it?

If you don’t know what I mean by track two google “Track Two CIA”

Even crazier is NYC being hit and a national emergency with martial law and.....

I wish it sounded crazy—it sounds pretty plausible, knowing this snake.

I cringed as he was becoming more and more popular last year. I already knew how bad this was going to be—and it didn’t take Sherlock Holmes to see it.

Curse all the evil, stupid cretins for voting him in—I want to tell them-see what you did? And also McLame, and even Dubya—they should have pulled out all the stops, including behind the scenes to ensure this creep never got in. I don’t mean lies or dirty tricks either (although in this case if that’s what it took to prevent this...)

How much low-hanging fruit was there on this guy?—STARTING with the BC. Nope, musn’t be mean-spirited, quoth McCain, who’s nothing but a mean-spirited a-hole. Ditto the Kennebunkport Kid. I remember reading a National Review supoposed conservative (!) who talked last year of the “majesty” of a black man running for the Presidency. Screw that—this isn’t a pony ride. I want the “majesty” of a person who can run this country well. America these days seems to have the emotional maturity of 10 year old girls (and not very smart ones, at that). And we’re paying for it now. How’s that “majesty”? (puke!)

Obama convicted them before the trial. Even an incompetent alcoholic lawyer can get this case thrown out.

I fully expect acquittal for KSM. I originally thought it was to demonstrate to Islam the "new tone" in Washington. But having read your post I think you're right. I can hear the pundits now asking "How can this be?" "This was supposed to be a slam-dunk. Who 'blew it'?"

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, blah, blah, blah. That's how the history books will record this sad episode.

Why would you think that your thoughts sound crazy? You’re right on target!

I never thought of that.....You think Obama wants the charges against the worse mass-murderers of our time dropped because Bush didn’t give them their Miranda rights etc etc. and then say, “Look what a mess Bush made of this case. Because of him , these men walk.”

Maybe, but it seems so unlikely. If the men walk, Obama and Obama alone will be blamed. I also hear that if they are acquitted, they will be immediately arrested on some other charge. Theoretical this protects Obama but, this too would be a disaster for the President.

Here’s my take. I’m a golfer and this case is analogous to a two-foot putt. The President is saying, “It’s a two foot putt, and I want the world to know I don’t take gimees. I putt them out.” This is high minded and sounds great but, as I golfer, I can tell you that sometime those two-footers lip out. When your opponent says, “That’s good.” You pick the damn ball up because there is nothing to gain and everything to lose by putting it. And, I might add, a two foot putt on the practice green is a hell of a lot easier than a two foot putt on the 18th whole with the whole bet on the line.

Bottom line: Mr. President. It’s good. Pick it up.

I don’t think you sound crazy — have you ever heard of any lawyer, much less a sitting president, chatting about how someone, who has not yet been tried, that he will be executed — well, isn’t that just rare? It appears he’s TRYING to make sure that the entire case is dismissed.

"Obama’s plan is for KSM to be acquitted"

exactly like his good friend William Ayers was. Set him up for execution then hold back on key evidence and KSM is acquitted.

Obama is going to make a mockery of the courts.
