Right, we’re doing the war on terror, er the war on manmade disasters, pretty much PC. What happens if that gets removed?
Islam needs a Reformation, but I don't believe that the Islamic culture is advanced enough, or civilized enough to re-write the more violent tenets of their religious texts.
As you said, they will probably force the civilized world to execute an allied, global response to their madness. Mecca and Medina will likely not survive that response, when it comes. Neither will millions and millions of muslims.
