Alleged attack: Three teenagers are on trial for the rape of a 13-year-old girl
A 13-year-old schoolgirl was gang-raped at knifepoint by three teenage boys who filmed the attack on a mobile phone, a jury heard today. The girl, who had walked out of school after being bullied, was led to the eighth floor of a block of flats for the ordeal which was filmed by her 14 and 15-year-old attackers, it is claimed.
The alleged attack on an estate in Peckham, South-East London, on February 24 this year, was interrupted by teachers who came to the scene after a friend raised the alarm at school, Inner London Crown Court heard.
The four-minute video was apparently extracted from a phone belonging to one of three youths arrested. The footage, played to the jury, shows one teenager pushing on the victim's chest as he rapes her, while his friend forces her to perform a sex act.
Jurors watched as the boy filming the incident reaches into frame to make an 'ok' sign with his fingers.

Reading the British papers these days is like reading Clockwork Orange.
But this is only an alleged rape. Not rape rape.
Man, UK is totally done, finished, end of story. A good run, but over. This kind of thing is de rigeur. Yes I know things like that happen in the US, but at least we strap these fools to a gurney and wheel them into the gray bar hotel for the rest of their damn lives. In UK they walk free after 6-7 years.
Do a search on “schoolgirl gang-raped” and it will make you sick...the Utes are running amok everywhere and all seem to want to film it...

More like “Lord of the Flies”. When teenaged boys go feral, parents either aren’t around or don’t care, and political correctness rules the land - watch out. I have friends over there, and I feel very sorry for them - at least they live in a village and don’t have to go into a larger city if they don’t want to.
I dunno. It is yet to be determined what they are doing with the 6 in Richmond, CA who brutally raped and filmed a 15 year old outside her Homecoming Dance last month while about 20 people watched.
Totally outrageous. One of the witnesses said afterward, "I couldn't report it. This is Richmond. I live here, and I still have to walk these streets."
BTW, the victim in Richmond was, by all accounts, a nice (innocent) white girl. The rapists and witnesses were all of other races. Why isn't this a "hate crime"?
Not as many as you might think, I’d guess. More likely that binge drinking was involved.
Look, before they go rushing all willy-nilly to charge these young men with a crime, we should first find out if any them have won an Oscar, Bafta or Palme d’Or for their cinematic achievements.
Everyone reads these stories and is appalled. What they don’t do is to ask “HOW has society come to this”? What groups, policies, and influences have turned our daughters to sluts (not referring to the victim here) and our sons into ignorant amoral perverts. Until we demand answers to those questions, we will never solve the problem.
That was my first thought. If the perps were white, it would be plastered all over the article, but it's not.
