In my interview with Governor Palin yesterday evening, we touched briefly on some current events, including President Obama's trip to Asia and the place of the tea-party movement in the Republican party. Some highlights:
1) I asked Palin about the anti-tax-and-spending tea parties. "I love the tea party movement," she said. "It's beautiful, it's healthy. It's part of that good healthy competition that's needed in a political party." She contrasted the somewhat tumultuous state of the GOP to what's going on in the Democratic party today. "It seems like the Democratic party is filled with more sheep-like individuals, who go along and get along," she said.
2) Would Palin bow or curtsy to the emperor of Japan? "No," she said. She went on to say that Obama's recent bow to the emperor was "symbolic" of the new administration's "apologetic mode of operation." "I'm not comfortable with it, and I don't think most Americans are as well," Palin said.

She is 100 percent right..not only are they sheep, they are drones. They do whatever the media tells them to do, the media tells them to vote for Obama, they go out and vote for Obama..typical stupid ass drones
I love her. If only my wife would understand. :)
Yes. We are trying to hold our ‘leaders’ and future leaders—and public servants feet to the fire. We should have done more with Bush, but the left was treating him so badly we found ourselves defending him when we should have been sending a clear message that we wanted Bush to hold strong to fiscal restraint. More and more I can see where the Dems set the agenda with the Bush abuse putting us on the defense. Defense is never good. Us conservatives should never again allow the liberals to dictate the agenda or get away with weakening us and our conservative voices. Sarah doesn’t care she speaks it plain and simple. Truth.
Bambi has no chance against this woman.
She is basically a FReeper. Can we nominate her yet?
that’s gonna leave a mark.
Add the picture of Obama at the Memorial Day ceremonies in Arlington Cemetery last May to your set. There is one with Zer0 once again using the crotch salute while others either salute or hold their hands over their hearts. The teleprompters are also clearly visible, adding just the right touch. /s
You mean an intelligent, well-mannered FReeper.
Prior posters are correct. As Sarah Palin states, democRATS are sheeplike individuals. She probably should have said that democRATS are more likely to not question the instructions they receive from their community organizers.
As far as Newsweak’s motive for showing Sarah in a running outfit and whether that is appropriate check out all the previous Newsweak covers where they have Hillary or Albright or any other RATs on the cover. Do they show any of them in running outfits?
Would you want to see Hillary's or Madelyn's legs...???
Have you ever read the book Shadow Warriors by Ken Timmerman? It explains in detail how the bureaucratic rats tried to lose the war in Iraq. If you find a copy it will probably be all beat up. I know I threw mine against the wall a few times.
Later I received a contact from another Freeper that shed doubt on it and did some research and found a video of the event.
Those saluting and putting their hands over their hearts were doing so saluting the President as he came out on stage and stood there awaiting to speak. Obama, since he was the one being saluted, of course did not salute.
I will definitely check it out! Thanks for the tip. Man I can see throwing that thing around given the content.
If you know a link to the video I would be interested. I have never seen anyone salute the president by putting their hand over their heart. The military saluting I understand, but that?
And he was not president at the time - it was during the campaign.
wait... what? Is there any other kind /sarcasm
