Tea partiers brutally beaten by pro-amnesty group

Che Guevara supporters with a radical pro-amnesty coalition viciously attacked and bludgeoned tea party protesters at a Florida anti-illegal immigration rally, including a 62-year-old man who was beaten and kicked in the face.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, or ALIPAC, called for "Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration" to form quickly across the nation on Nov. 14. In less than 30 days, protests were scheduled for more than 50 towns and cities.

But two Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., tea party protesters were brutally beaten by pro-amnesty activists on the day of the nationwide rally as they attempted to film Florida's Act Now to Stop War and End Racism Coalition, or ANSWER, counter-protest.

ANSWER members carried Che Guevara signs and other black and yellow placards that stated "Full rights for all immigrants." They shouted, "Amnesty yes, racists no!"

As the two men attempted to film the protest, a ANSWER member in a black tanktop and blue jeans lunged after one of the cameramen and beat him with a sign, pushing him into traffic. Another ANSWER member in a white T-shirt attacked the same cameraman while the victim defended himself with what appears to be a camera tripod.

Couple things:

Never a good idea to protest SIDE BY SIDE with your opponents...this INVITES physical conflict and fights.

In places like this, where the bad guys purposely infiltrated the good guys—maybe we really ought to have someone there with a concealed carry permit...as I’m sure the pro-amnesty weenies would have backed off QUICKLY in that case.

Don't you like it when a whole "coalition" attack a 62-year-old, unarmed man, in the name of "justice"?

Looks as if we're going to be successful in taking back our country, we'd better attend these peaceful rallies packing.

Che Guevara have ceased being "illegal aliens", and have become the invading enemy to America. If someone stops us from exercising our Constitutional rights, they automatically become the enemy, and deserve whatever they get.

The arena of ideas and debate is not working fast enough for our enemies on the left, so now they want to beat us into submission.

If they succeed in taking our guns away, just imagine then what it will be...door to door invasion.

This will never, unfortunately, get prosecuted. Charges will, probably, never even be filed and if they are....nothing will happen. The SEIU "workers" attacking an old man that has been shown often on Beck and O'Reilly have not even been charged.

How many more attacks like this is it going to take for conservatives to begin taking the idea of physical protection seriously?

The left is unable to win in the arena of ideas, so they will use Gestapo tactics and physical intimidation with ever-increasing frequency. Personally, I am 6’1” and 200lbs, am competant with mixed martial arts and have my CCW. I have attended several rallies unarmed and will continue to do so, but I am ALWAYS ready to react to any physical confrontation. Why does it seem that so many on our side are completely unprepared for tactics that the idiot left uses literally every day?

Need bigger numbers at the individual tea parties. Back in September when the tea party express came through town there were promises from the SEIU and pals to meet us but they decided not to show themselves.

They expected a handfull of easily intimidated seniors but found several hundred angry Americans of all ages.
