Vivid has announced that it has the tapes in its possession, and TMZ has published a letter from Vivid chair Steve Hirsch to Prejean's lawyers seeking the right to distribute "erotic footage that Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, produced for her boyfriend following their four (4) day rendezvous in February 2007."

In the good old days, this POS would know that the girl's father would be hunting him down like a rabid dog if he tried to shame the man's daughter like this.
I must admit, that my opinion of her has gone down considerably... not because of the pictures she took... it’s because I realize that she’s like anyone else... trying to cash in on the instant celeb status.
Finds an agent, writes a book etc.
In the end, the Miss America Pageant was right to sack her...
She would be smart to wize up, before she gets in the sack with some other fast talking agent or attorney..
You’ll probably see her posing for Playboy within the next 24 months...
Her appearance on Larry King was also poor. I actually found myself thinking that Larry King was fair with her. He asked her four or five times....THEN HE DROPPED IT!!!!

Couldn’t all of them be charged now with posession of child porn since she was a teen when these were made?

Oh, believe me, a lot of them are being given it right now. Watching a story like Miss Prejean’s unfold has much more effect on them than any advice they receive from the loving adults in their lives. Miss Prejean has done everyone who has teenage daughters an invaluable service.
I’m sorry, but at 19 I knew right from wrong. most people I knew also know right from wrong. she has the poise to go out there and win the state beauty contest (no mean feat, btw), but doesn’t know not to make nudie films? even if for the boyfriend (especially for the bf)
sorry, but I work with 19 year olds every day and they are (on the whole) not that self-absorbed, and/or dumb enough to do things like this.

Only if she WAS a minor when they were made. She said she was only 17, but her saying it doesn’t make it true.
Perhaps I was considerably below average at 19. I did know how to tell “adults” what they wanted to hear, then go about my business living it up with their “adult” children. I knew right from wrong, but was blind to the consequences of wrong. It was shameful. I’m talking good, middle class folks here.
I only see, and marginally so, mature 19-year-olds when protected by their parents, or church group. Still some “nice kids” end up in trouble. i.e. drinking, drugs, goth culture and sex.
Go for it Carrie, and then use the money to support conservatism.
Shove it right back at them with your megabucks.
You can later become their worst nightmare.

Totally agree. I’m in my late 20s, so I’m not some old prude haha, but I don’t understand at all why girls do this type of thing. In this day and age with technology, there is really not much that is private anymore.
Poor decisions reap consequences. Sorry Carrie, but I have a feeling your world is about to get a little ugly.
