27 out of 30 (7, 8 & 23 wrong). Damn I'm pissed at myself. I study the constitution all the time.

However in my defense, I study the original with the original 10 Amendments, plus I usually concentrate on the enumerated powers and the Amendments.

Oh well time to expand my studies.

I’m amazed at how well the Canadians did. I’m sure that I would totally fail a test on their government.

Me too!
Got that and an amendment question wrong. (How many passed by Congress by not ratified; I guessed 12; correct answer was 6).
Yes, I’m over 50. Do they really not teach this stuff any more in schools?

"29. I thought Eisenhower was born in Kansas, not Texas."

I saw a history channel program last year on IKE"s BIO. He was raised in Kansas, but born in Texas.

I got all but one; couldn’t get myself to recognize the current imposter as the “current President”.....in my book, we don’t have a legal one right now!

26. Had to guess on some.

Teens would get creamed on this. They don’t teach US history in schools anymore. The communist infiltration of government schools is pretty deep.

I got (guessed) the Eisenhower/Texas question correctly. I also, correctly (guessed), got the question on how many amendments (6)are unratified.

"Yes, I’m over 50. Do they really not teach this stuff any more in schools?"

The average Public School Teacher who belongs to the Union can barely spell amendment, let alone use it in a grammatically correct(as opposed to politically correct) sentence.

Definition of a politically correct sentence: For murder of 13 and wounding of 30+ American Soldiers on a U.S. Military Base.

Suspended sentence and a year of visits to the DR.PHIL TV SHOW.

That was a guess on my part but I knew it was not 12.

That was a guess on my part but I knew it was not 12.

Doesn't matter though, we got the point regardless, so that means that we are SMART!!

"Suspended sentence and a year of visits to the DR.PHIL TV SHOW. "

now the last part of that would violate the Geneva conventions on cruel and unusual punishment - he'd probably prefer waterboarding.
