But Hoffman conceded though - does that make the race officially over?

Can’t he un-concede, like Al Gore?

If it were a demo, would it be over?
answer: NO
It’s time we stop playing by rules they do not recognize.

“Concession” here doesn’t have any legal standing. It’s just considered good manners in any contest. The winner is whomever received the most amount of votes, and this race hasn’t been certified since the votes haven’t all been counted. Pelosi swore in Owens on the face of incomplete numbers.

But Hoffman conceded though - does that make the race officially over? Owens has not been certified, not that that ever let the RATS bother them on a technically. If he were somehow to be named the winner and certified, then it will be interesting to see how this would play out.

But Hoffman conceded though - does that make the race officially over? I believe a concession is simply a courtesy.

No it does not. All it means is that he acknowledges, on the information he has, that he has lost. If that information is incorrect then he can still win.

No - conceding is just a nice gesture but that’s it.

No, the Secretary of State must certify the election. Doug can still win and Owens would have to be unsworn and what happens to the Healthcare vote????
