AG Eric Holder will have a news conference at approximately 11AM ET regarding the decision to bringMastermind Khalid Sheikh to NYC for trial.
The real enemies are in Washington DC. Most just don’t know it yet. They will.
That's the least of my concerns. The real problem is that they will now be given the Constitutional protections that every other criminal defendant in the Federal Court system is entitled to receive, and you get bet that SheikMo will move to suppress evidence because it was obtained illegally, he was never read his rights, he was denied the right to counsel, blah, blah, yada, yada, and under the standards that are used in civilian criminal proceedings, there is a chance that the district court will grant the motion. The only good news is that if he is set free, the Federal Marshal's will probably push him out the front door of the Courthouse, a mere few blocks from ground zero, where he will probably die in an accident before he finds his first sheskibab vendor.

Holder said he expects the prosecution will be “successful”, I suppose implying conviction and death penalty. If that’s the goal, why not let these non-citizens be tried in a military tribunal? Answer: they also want this to be GWB and Gitmo on trial. The Dems want to cast history with their own slant on it.
I think this huge, unwieldy case will come back to bite the Dems. In what they claimed is a new post-racial, post-partisan administration, they’re going back to open a huge can of worms, reliving the horror and upsetting millions of Americans, to what end? My heart goes to the 911 victims’ families who will have to endure this circus.

I doubt that any President has selected the defender of a presidential assassin as White House Counsel before now.

Eric Holder, Bill Clinton’s former Deputy Attorney General, has been named Attorney General. Holder was involved in the pardon of Marc Rich, the Democratic donor who had fled the country to avoid prosecution on 51 counts of tax fraud and was not eligible for a pardon under Justice Department guidelines. Rich’s ex-wife, Denise, was a major contributor to Clinton campaigns and to the Clinton library fund — and probably one of Clinton’s bimbos.
Mr. Holder’s recommendation to pardon circumvented normal procedures and kept other Justice Department lawyers in the dark. A congressional committee described his conduct as “unconscionable.”
Then there was Holder’s involvement in the Elian Gonzalez case in 2000. It was Holder, for the first time in history, that took a child from his residence at the point of a gun to enforce his custody position, even though he did not have an legal order authorizing it.
Holder denied that Gonzalez was taken at the point of a gun. When he was confronted with the fact that there was a photograph showing he was taken at the point of a gun...
Holder defended himself, saying “They were armed agents who went in there who acted very sensitively.”
Holder also argued that members of a terrorist organization should get clemency. He was grilled in Congress after the Clinton Administration pardoned FALN terrorists before leaving office. This testimony on the Clinton pardons of the 16 FALN terrorists took place in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Chairman Orrin Hatch grilled Holder because the FALN terrorists never even requested clemency...
And, the Clinton Administration never even contacted the victim’s families.
Then Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder and the pardon attorney continued to invoke the president’s executive privilege throughout the testimony.

On Fox and friends,airhead Geraldo was saying why are people worried about this guy coming to New York. He will be convicted and get the death sentence. He will be be buried. He has admitted to beheading Daniel Pearl and being a mastermind of 9/11.
Then Geraldo talked about the blind terrorist tried in New York and he said it was not a problem. I am sure freerepublic has information on that trial and it was a huge problem. Millions of dollars for security and threats to prosecutors for two things I read about.
Then they asked Geraldo about the shooter Hasan. They asked if he was a terrorist. Geraldo goes,”I don’t really care about that. He will be convicted. How many times can you kill a guy?”
Geraldo has no clue that these terrorists in a highly populated New York,creates more of a chance of their allies coming to protect them. He has no clue this puts all Americans in harms way.

Holder is a racist idiot who gave legal representation to terrorists before becoming Obama’s legal lap dog to cover up his crimes. Holder said there was no international definition for terrorist. Or something similar.
Fox this morning they said the terrorists can be released on a technicality. Boehner said Americans should fear that is even a possiblity a block away from ground zero.
KSM WAS NOT in the US, he was in Afghanistan and Pakistan (and who knows where else). That changes everything.
Good point! Also there is law that no terrorists may enter the country and before this decision they were using that as a reason Holder could not bring them here.
