The leftists are marketing "Credo Mobile" against AT&T and Verizon. Their advertisement asserts that AT&T and Verizon "support politicians opposed to real healthcare reform, like a single-payer system or public option" and that they "fund anti-environment politicians".
Who knew? If that's true, support AT&T and Verizon!
AlterNet's promotional e-mail tells its followers to "Join the mobile phone company that's fighting for a robust public option in healthcare reform-and hasn't given a cent to Joe Lieberman."
Anyone can have their own mobile phone service.
You contract thru an established provider for a nominal fee and you can call it anything you want.
You have to pay a fee for user service I think. Been two years since I became aware of this .
some person has figured out a way to make $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
my daughter received their advertisement in the mail yesterday. She - only being 23 and let’s say a little less “right” than me - was just as shocked as I was. What a bunch of idiots. It’s so stupid it almost seems like a joke.
who they donate to.

That’s a partial list of domestic enemies!
Based on the handsets, registration, etc, it looks like CREDO either is a reseller of or subsidiary of Sprint.
So this is how Sprint may be marketing against Verizon and AT&T. Great investigative work!
“credo” means “I believe” in Latin, right?
It’s very ironic to me that people who want to be revolutionary would turn to the traditional language of the ancient Christian creed in their choice of a name for their product.
No term they can think of says high purpose, virtue, personal commitment, better than that old word used by people who “cling to their religion”.
Gotta love it.
I’m sure this latest lesftist venture will be just as successful as Air America and Current TV.
