Washington -- Conservative Doug Hoffman conceded the race in the 23rd Congressional District last week after receiving two pieces of grim news for his campaign: He was down 5,335 votes with 93 percent of the vote counted on election night, and he had barely won his stronghold in Oswego County.
As it turns out, neither was true.
They cheat. They are snakes. They will stop at nothing.
We must challenge EVERYTHING.
I don’t know how they can get around the certification of the election by the state — which hasn’t been done yet. Sure they can manufactor ballots etc. to try to get Owens the winner, however should the state certify Hoffman this is an issue that will go to SCOTUS.

Sure... in Harlem. But NY-23?? Have you ever been there? Not too many Democrats anywhere.
It will be such a slap in the face to the media, Pelosi, and Obama if Hoffman ends up winning this race!

And really, the tighter this race is, the better for Conservatives, even if he doesn’t win. Hoffman should definitely demand a recount - even if he ends up losing by 2 votes.

Perhaps the reason Reid suddenly decided to start debating the health care bill is because of the closing gap on this election.

You point out the exceptions - but there were many states in 2004 that were tipped over to blue in races that were disputed due to funky ballots and dead people. New Mexico and WI come to mind, among others.
Also, please don’t forget the 3 recounts in the WA State Governor’s race in 2004 - they just kept recounting and later there was found to be large ACORN fraud in King Co. - do you think that mattered (at the time??)
We couldn’t get the momentum that we seem to have now. I personally know someone that sued the Secretary of State’s office over that matter.
And then there’s the Clown’s election in MN - wow - what can we say about that dimocRAT SoS that just kept pusing and cajoling and the left leaning judicial boards that eliminated just enough of Coleman’s likely absentee votes to send the joker in diapers off to DC.
It’s a well known fact that the RATs have a strategy to take over the SoS and vote counting process jobs in the states - so they can affect tight races.
And that’s just what they’ve done.
What are WE going to do about it?
We’ve just started...the ACORN/COI debacle must be kept alive - drip, drip - what’s happened lately in the LA raid?
It won’t matter if Hoffman wins. Congress will simply refuse to seat him and allow Owens to keep the seat. And it won’t be the first time that Democrats have done this either.

This is what got the RAT media in trouble in 2000 - when they announced FL for Bush *before* the polls had closed, then reversed it to undecided!
Now they announce this race - with authority - before all the votes are counted - kind of forcing the polite Hoffman to respond.
They truly are Demon Rats and it truly is a RAT press.

Not to mention the prevailing, conventional, ubiquitous RAT wisdom that NY 23 was a pronouncment of failure on the Tea Party movement.
Hoffman closing, and even winning, puts a further LIE to that BS they are carting around.
When democrats place a stamp of approval on the usurpation of an individuals sovereing vote, the demcorat proves instantly that they deserve to not be free in America.
Frankly, until there is a death penalty for cheating elections to usurp the sovereign citizen, this criminality will not stop because democrat voters approve of the criminal behavior of 'murdering the sovereignty of fellow citizens'.
But this should not surprise us since democrats have used the slaughter of alive unborn children for decades as a means to empower the democrat party.
Even if Hoffman ended up with more votes, Pelosi probably wouldn’t seat him.
Article I, Sec. 5 says that each House "shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members." So Pelosi can do what she wants.
For example if candidate A leads candidate B by 100,000 votes after the election-day votes are counted, and if there are 50,000 mail-in ballots yet uncounted, the powers-that-be don’t need to spend the taxpayers’ funds in counting the mail-in ballots — since the outcome can’t possibly be changed.

It may be worth it for us to start voting at the polling places - for that reason alone. i.e. we have to trust those counts, and they just throw out our ballots.
Even margin of victory is important to things like a perceived ‘mandate’ and such.
Does *math* really decide if they shouldn’t count the absentees?

Abortion is one of the chief moral issues of our day. It is interesting how this is coming back to bite ‘em in the a$$ now that they want to take over the country, er health care.
