Unborn Child Was Fort Hood Shooting's 14th Victim, Obama Should Prosecute
Seldom mentioned is the most hidden victim -- soldier Francheska Velez’s unborn baby. Velez was on maternity leave when she stopped at Ft. Hood, where she and the child she carried in her womb fell victim to Hasan’s bullet. In the interest of true justice, Hasan should be prosecuted under the Unborn Victims of Violence Act.

No, in the interest of justice Hasan should be tried by a military tribunal for treason and then executed as soon as possible.
The only outrage O feels is for the murder of the Dr. Tiller, the baby killer.
I read he is getting ?Military Court Martial?, and they are going for death? Anything is good as long as he gets what he dished out.

You will never hear a word about that innocent murdered child in the womb of our brave soldier killed by Hasan, the Muslim terrorist. POTUS Obama could care less about both the USA military and the slaughtered unborn infant. I know these are harsh words to put upon a USA POTUS, but this one has to force himself to even get near American military personnel. But, fear not, little by little, the American public and voters are getting the true picture of the failed across the board, Obama Presidency and Obama, the man. The old saying, “whatever goes around, comes around”. One of these days the Democrat Party will drop Obama and his lock-steppers faster then a bad habit, or there will not be any Democrat Party around to drop him!!!
As they have shown so far, I doubt the military will go along with your idea but, he is guilty of that 14th murder.

As a commissioned officer in the United States Army, Major Hasan is subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Once the U.S. Army Criminal Investigative Division (CID) completes its investigation, the Major will be brought up on several charges to include violation of Article 118, Murder, and Article 128, assault. This medical doctor also violated the Hippocratic Oath. The CID is responsible for investigating, and let’s all hope that the FBI does not try to trump the CID’s effort, thereby white washing this horrible tragedy. Once found guilty of violating 118 and 128, he will possibly face the death penalty.
Is there a federal statute that would allow the unborn to be counted as a victim in a court of law? SOME states have such laws, but not all. So I guess my question is: Is this a call for the powers to be to invoke an existing statute or is this hot air and rhetoric with no legal research behind it?
