PORTLAND, Ore. — At least one person was killed in a shooting at the Legacy Metro Lab drug testing center in Tualatin, police confirmed.
The suspected shooter was “not at large,” according to Jennifer Massey with Tualatin PD, who said the area was “safe.”
Officials with Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue said there may be as many as 10 victims but they would not elaborate on the extent of the injuries.
The shooting was reported at 7575 SW Mohawk at the Martinazzi intersection. Nearby streets had been closed and businesses located in the strip mall were evacuated. Several ambulances and patrol cars surround the scene.
A woman who was injured in the shooting said that as many as three people were shot by what appeared to be a lone gunman, according to Mike McNeil, a bystander who spoke with KGW.
The gunman walked into the drug testing center and opened fire, the woman said. McNeil found the woman running across a parking lot covered in blood.
McNeil told KGW that the victim he assisted said as many as three people were shot. This information has not been confirmed by police.

Not a retail “strip mall.” A “business mall”.
KPTV now saying 2 dead; one man and one woman. Plus 2 more injured. Not sure if one of the dead includes the shooter.
Did your Mama make you an ass, or did you learn that on your own?
Just pointing it out because of the possibility (remote, I agree) that it could be leading to something bigger tomorrow.
Police are taking statements from dozens of witnesses. Shortly after the incident, one woman ran from the scene covered in blood.
At a nearby Subway restaurant, Mike McNeel tended to the woman who he said was not shot but injured by broken glass. McNeel said the woman told him a man started shooting at a medical clinic.
Bob Murtha and Kyle Stone passed near the scene at about 11:40 a.m. when they said they heard multiple gun shots, We hear five or six shots, Murtha said.

Or maybe somebody keyed his car.
Stated very similarly, to quote Gerald Celente who predicted many of the economic perils that have happened in the last couple of years, "When people lose everything, and they have nothing left to lose, they lose it."
It’s a rough time to be a fed or a propagandist. And it’s only going to get worse.
Bit of advice: Don’t be a fed.

Thanks.

I guess Newgeezer didn’t get it that you were talking about Veterans Day. Not that there is anything inherently ominous about veterans day but... 11/11/09 in the US America is equivalent to 11/11/09 in the Europe.
Theenk about it, man.
believe me I have never even thought of it
Blame the media reports, and it is actually in a commercial/retail area, and it is in a “strip mall”.
I live in more of a rural- surburban area of St Augustine but I bet there has in the nearest city to me Jacksonville
This used to be called “going postal”.
Now, with the Pelosi bill, it will be called “going health services”.
Bush's fault btw
