Nidal Hassan Did the Right Thing November 9, 2009 - ال 1430 by Anwar al Awlaki Filed under Imam Anwar's Blog
Nidal Hassan is a hero. He is a man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people. This is a contradiction that many Muslims brush aside and just pretend that it doesnt exist. Any decent Muslim cannot live, understanding properly his duties towards his Creator and his fellow Muslims, and yet serve as a US soldier. The US is leading the war against terrorism which in reality is a war against Islam. Its army is directly invading two Muslim countries and indirectly occupying the rest through its stooges. Nidal opened fire on soldiers who were on their way to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. How can there be any dispute about the virtue of what he has done? In fact the only way a Muslim could Islamically justify serving as a soldier in the US army is if his intention is to follow the footsteps of men like Nidal. The heroic act of brother Nidal also shows the dilemma of the Muslim American community. Increasingly they are being cornered into taking stances that would either make them betray Islam or betray their nation. Many amongst them are choosing the former. The Muslim organizations in America came out in a pitiful chorus condemning Nidals operation. The fact that fighting against the US army is an Islamic duty today cannot be disputed. No scholar with a grain of Islamic knowledge can defy the clear cut proofs that Muslims today have the right -rather the duty- to fight against American tyranny. Nidal has killed soldiers who were about to be deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in order to kill Muslims. The American Muslims who condemned his actions have committed treason against the Muslim Ummah and have fallen into hypocrisy. Allah(swt) says: Give tidings to the hypocrites that there is for them a painful punishment Those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do they seek with them honor [through power]? But indeed, honor belongs to Allah entirely. (al-Nisa 136-137) The inconsistency of being a Muslim today and living in America and the West in general reveals the wisdom behind the opinions that call for migration from the West. It is becoming more and more difficult to hold on to Islam in an environment that is becoming more hostile towards Muslims. May Allah grant our brother Nidal patience, perseverance and steadfastness and we ask Allah to accept from him his great heroic act. Ameen
I think it is time to roundup these pigs and send them
to a country of their choice.
This sounds like the kind of text you’d expect from the blogs of some White House aide.
This sounds like an excerpt of almost any given lecture at an Ivy League College/University....
And your response, General Casey?
"Our diversity, not only in our Army, but in our country, is a strength. And as horrific as this tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that's worse."
If they see a conflict about living in America and being a muslim, then they can all leave here and go to whatever “turd” world cesspool they would be happier in living.
I will pony up a few bucks for airfare.
Have we heard anything from Calypso Louis? Or is the MSM too busy interviewing Levi Johnston?

The Nation of Islam (N.O.I.) is a religious organization founded in Detroit, Michigan, United States by Wallace D. Fard Muhammad in July 1930, with the self-proclaimed goal of resurrecting the spiritual, mental, social, and economic condition of the black men and women of America. The N.O.I. also promotes the belief that God will bring about a universal government of peace.[1] Mainstream Muslims consider the group a heretical sect of Islam due to the differing beliefs of the concept of God, race, prophecy, and many others.[2] However, in recent years the group has come a little closer to orthodox Islam by observing Ramadan and the Friday prayers.
Since 1978, Louis Farrakhan has been the leader of a reconstituted N.O.I., the original organization having been renamed and dissolved by Warith Deen Muhammad. The N.O.I.’s national center and headquarters are located in Chicago, Illinois, which is also home to its flagship Mosque No. 2, Mosque Maryam. As of 2005, the N.O.I. has been included in the Southern Poverty Law Center’s list of active hate groups in the United States.[3]
It is estimated that the sect has about 20,000 members.[4]

Good!
Throw all Muslims out of the armed services; throw all muslims out of our country and Europe. Let them all back into their sh!thole countries where they came from so they can watch their radical friends die.
And that goes for you too, Zer0!
For the Muslims who truly believe their holy book and the teachings of their faith, I believe this guy is speaking the truth, as much as PC Americans don't want to acknowledge that, and as much as many Muslims are hiding it.
My response to this thread was to post a picture or video of a mosque being bulldozed. I could not find one. So here are some crazy moslems instead:

Casey is concerned about salvaging diversity, but this quest for diversity appears to have been created whereby Army Political Correctness superseded terminating this Islamo fascist once his extremist views were made public.
How the hell was this guy counselling troops with problems after returning from war? It appears that the Army may be partly responsible for this carnage, because it is now known that they ignored it. Let the cover up(investigation) begin.
19 years enlisted & officer in the USN and all I can say I'd keep the gays and kick out the Muslims.
Some of the blog replies, w/out attribution or links
and also, occasionally a sane Muslim voice:
“We are witnessing in front of our very own eyes, the Pharoah of today being stood up to. The Shaykh is speaking what many of us would say if we had the Emaan and testicular fortitude of that level.”
“They have now mentioned your name in connection with Nidal. May Allah protect you. Amin” (yahoo news link)
“May Allah (swt) protect him, his family, and all those who hold fast to Islam and dont sell it for a small price.”
“Shaykh Anwar al Awlaki may Allah bless you for your this timely post in defense of our Muslim brother Dr. Nidal Hasan. The defeatist comments by American Muslim organizations were really disgusting. It made us think what you said long time ago that there will be separation between camp of Eman and camp of Kuffer; I guess we are witnessing that inevitable separation. An incident like these exposes the hypocrites & further purifies the camp of Islam.”
“Imam, we only know what the news tells us in this situation but we know he worked for the kafirs for years meaning he had a contract to assist them. Could this situation fall under deceit, please explain this to me for a better understanding.”
“May Allah guide you and your unfortunate misled followers. It was truly an act of cowardice and there is no place for cowardice in Islam. I urge you to remove yourself from this website and to stop spreading these devilish ideas.”
“It was an act of cowardice and unannounced attack on people. May Allah guide us and forgive the misled. This was cold blooded murder, not an act of Jihad. The soldiers at the base did not know what was coming and were not ready or aware of such an act.Nothing can justify what Nidal did.Islam does not advocate covert or hidden acts of cowardice, trickery etc.Serving in the army, Nidal was under oath. It was an oath he made as a human and a Muslim, he should not have broken it like that.No doubt Allah is the only Judge of all!”
