"The Insider" breaks news that Levi Johnston is going to file for joint custody of Tripp, his son with Bristol Palin.
Levi told "The Insider" he is now going to take legal action because he had trouble when trying to see his infant son over the weekend. "At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp."

What an idiot - his “porn” pix will be a great influence on the child.
However, visitation is not based on whether or not he is paying child support. But custody? Maybe joint with her as the custodial parent.
You have to be careful who you mate with.
If he's truthful, he'll say, "Your honor, I'm a tool and people pay to use me." But of course, he lacks the insight.
I'll cut him some brief slack because he's young, stupid and people are lying to him. But he quickly needs to grow a pair and figure out what matters in life, then slip quietly away from the public eye. A dose of shame would do the boy good. Where the hell is his daddy?

I've successfully raised 3 conservative women. You don't think that was hard? With all the sex being jammed down their throats DAILY, all the tolerant crowds, my words overrode the liberal message, THEY GOT IT!
My oldest, was 'blessed with boobs at 12 years old'. The only swimsuit I could find was an Anti-Madonna knockoff that didn't have cones for the bro part. I spent $70 for a suit in 1995.
I managed to raise 3 adult (all in their 20's) women who are conservative. They've married conservative men, and they are raising their kids conservative, they are opting for homeschooling. These people, our 1980's babies, our are best hope.
Freedom will not lose, but the government is doing their best to have government control over all. Look at the sex bill Wisconsin is poised to pass, teach 5 year olds how to put on a condom. One of my daughters is struggling with the finances, she's determined to home school. We will help in any way possible. There are millions of us out there. We'll manage, Gov, go away.

Sounds good, but I think most are going to be very disappointed with the outcome of this. Unfortunately, the courts are going to see his request as favorable...they’ll see it as a desire to be more involved in the child’s life, whether or not he’s visited or paid support on a regular basis.
A non-custodial parent would have to be very, very far behind on child support in order to be arrested and thrown in jail. Visitation is not denied for failure to pay. Even if he fell so far behind that he was thrown in jail, visitation isn’t always denied. There are custodial/joint custodial parents who are forced to take the child to a prison for visitation with non-custodial/joint custodial inmates, even murderers.
Also, if he wins joint custody and is able to secure visits with Tripp 50% of the time, he may be able to pay even less child support and sadly, will be given much more control over every aspect of Tripp’s life, since both parents pretty much have to discuss and agree on everything.
I agree it is a tough age, he is handsome, I know!!! She will be kicking herself when she is older, is all I’m saying.

Even if he weren’t an unemployed gigolo, wouldn’t the fact that he and Bristol were never married eliminate him from having any claim?
Marriage has not bearing on custody rights. More than likely he will get joint legal custody as the child’s father, but he will not get joint physical custody. No way!
Gee, Levi’s announcement for starting a legal battle with the Palins is timed perfectly with Sarah’s book tours and media appearances. With the book tours, Sarah has a golden opportunity to re-establish ties with the conservative base and re-introduce herself to the general public. Aided by the Left, Levi is trying to throw Sarah off balance during her book tours. The media would love Sarah’s book tours to be about a snipping back and forth between Levi and Sarah. I hope Sarah can stay focused like Bob McDonnell and keep on the public policy messages that she wants to promote.

I had early bloomers. It’s really tough today, It’s really hard to compete with gov school when they promote sex, and TV, they put the perp on a predator list because he’s 18 and she’s 15, but the gov schools promote this behavior, have sex with my 12 year old. Our country is so PC screwed up. I’m encouraging my kids to home school. I know many of you think you can’t. But you can! Read the constitution. Most of you are smarter than a 1st grader, You can do this. I’m so lucky, the pc thing didn’t take off as badly as it is now. Moms, You can do it.
That’s what I was thinking. He is doing this on purpose so she will be confronted with questions about this in front of large audiences. Call me naive but I think if the book tour goes well for her and she just ignores him the left may finally give him the heave ho.

The media has convinced him that the child is his future meal-ticket. However, we all know just how long that will last.
The child will be learning words very soon. Levi will train him to say horrific things about his grandma, and reward him with candy. Out comes the video camera. Then up on YouTube.

I have one son graduating college next month and his brother will be out of high school soon.
Older son was complaining last night that he’s given up on trying to find someone to date as the majority of women at school dress like sluts and have shallow, main-stream pop culture mentalities.
Pulled younger son from public school this year and he’s finishing up as homeschool, probably out by this Jan.
What a ride it’s been. I feel for folks with little kids in this day and age, it’s gotta be 10x harder to keep them straight today than it was just a decade ago.
