If the Senate wants to run with it in an election year. This is probably the high watermark for liberal activism. With their predominance, the Democrats could have easily passed it. It was a struggle to get a bare majority. That doesn't say much for Pelosi's ability to work across the aisle. If they could just get it through the House, they know in the Senate that 51 votes let alone 60 is not going to happen.

If they could just get it through the House, they know in the Senate that 51 votes let alone 60 is not going to happen. Conventional wisdom goes out the window with this crew in the White House. This is going to get ruthless, as Rahmie the Commie will not stand to let Boss Zero get humiliated by a Democratic Senate.

There were 14 Dems who voted against cutting off debate which shocked me and every last Republican stuck together which was another shocker.
