Hasan, the sole suspect in the massacre of 13 fellow US soldiers in Texas, attended the controversial Dar al-Hijrah mosque in Great Falls, Virginia, in 2001 at the same time as two of the September 11 terrorists, The Sunday Telegraph has learnt. His mother's funeral was held there in May that year.
The preacher at the time was Anwar al-Awlaki, an American-born Yemeni scholar who was banned from addressing a meeting in London by video link in August because he is accused of supporting attacks on British troops and backing terrorist organisations.
Hasan's eyes "lit up" when he mentioned his deep respect for al-Awlaki's teachings, according to a fellow Muslim officer at the Fort Hood base in Texas, the scene of Thursday's horrific shooting spree.
As investigators look at Hasan's motives and mindset, his attendance at the mosque could be an important piece of the jigsaw. Al-Awlaki moved to Dar al-Hijrah as imam in January, 2001, from the west coast, and three months later the September 11 hijackers Nawaf al-Hamzi and Hani Hanjour began attending his services. A third hijacker attended his services in California.

They all look dead, as if they know they will do something they can’t take back. This, combined, is the face of Evil.
If I had the software, I’d work up a composite, just to see who it looked like. Anyone?
Looks like my IIRC was on target. So how many more do we have in this country that are connected?
I presume that IF he is not brain damaged & paralyzed, that he will be found unfit to stand trial, and will live out his days in a VERY nice insane asylum, one with all the amenities. He’ll even be allowed to read his fan mail — and perhaps even marry, perhaps even marry 4 times, LOL.
ah, I dont believe Killeen, Texas would be prime huntin territory for such.....
Could you elaborate?
When government officials claim it’s not terrorism, and we all know that means Muslim terrorism, before they even have all the facts, THAT is a guarantee that it IS Muslim terrorism.
Why is it that we need the Canadian and Brittish press to connect the dots? The U.S. media is a disgrace.
Looks like we need us a Ninth Crusade!
The First Crusade : 1096 to 1099
The Second Crusade : 1147 to 1149
The Third Crusade : 1189 to 1192
The Fourth Crusade : 1201 to 1204
The Fifth Crusade : 1218 to 1221
The Sixth Crusade : 1228 to 1229
The Seventh Crusade : 1248 to 1254
The Eighth Crusade : 1270
It took almost 200 years to get rid of them the first time around!
They’re saying it is “Second-Hand PTSD” because as a counselor, he had to listen to all the horrible stories of the returning vets.
What a stretch!
Sort of like a contact high then? Second hand hate?
Just leave him alone in a room there with a bunch of amputees. They can beat him to death with their prostheses.
Like I pointed out yesterday. He graduated from high school in 1988 and started college in 1993. 5 year gap.
He graduated from med school in 2001 and didn’t start his internship until 2003. 2 year gap.
What was he doing during those years?
