That doesn't qualify as a terrorist attack, said Carl Tobias, a professor of law at University of Richmond who analyzes terrorist investigations across the country.

My teenage daughter watches the Bones series and described the latest program to me. An American soldier who had served in Iraq is found dead in the United States. FBI agents discover he was in a battle where U.S. soldiers had stormed a house and one of his friends was killed by Iraqis posing as civilians before the Americans wiped them out.
Of course, you know what happens. The soldier killed in the house really died from friendly fire; the rest of the soldiers murdered all the Iraqis in cold blood and planted guns on them. She hasnt seen the end yet but I can guess that one of the other murderous American soldiers whod been there had also finished his enlistment, returned to America, and killed the second soldier to shut him up.
I feel sorry for American veterans, soldiers, and their families who must put up with anti-American slanders from rich American show business types who live in luxury, feel smug, and never do anything for their country but bash it. This is also the kind of thing that brings us to a world where Libya, Iran, and Sudan condemn Israel for alleged war crimes as part of the Western intelligentsia cheers.

Bravo Sierra!
Now being called a victim of racism persecuted by the Army.
God defeated Allah at Fort Hood.He also did not let Hasan die to gain a seat next to his perverted god.
Political Correctness is used to keep America blind to what actually goes on inside a Mujihads heart mind. The left has worked so hard at making sure that America does not see its war against Terror as a religious war, when in fact the enemy sees it as EXACTLY that. A religious war.
This is , as Bush said, a war against evil. And evil came to Fort Hood in the form of a jihadi who was in fact possessed by Allah. For me this incident has shades of the movie Exorcist.
And Good has triumphed, even though so many innocents died.
This truth of which we speak needs to me shared with America as much as possible.America needs to know of the evil which it faces, at long last. No matter what the left want to make of it.
The religious practice of the Mujihad needs to be explained to every one. There is an inner prayer designed to connect one with the self righteous energy of Allah, who literally takes over the body and mind of the jihadine.Thats what happened here.A kind of Muslim spiritual possession.Hasan was not insane, or deranged. He was just fired up on his prayers and energized. He was executing a religious ritual which he believed would open the gates of heaven for him.
The MSM will not properly inform the public about this religious practise of jihadism. It would no longer be just a war on terror, the terrorists could no longer be redefined as criminals by Obama , who should be Mirandized with the benefits of due process that Bush had made sure to remove, as deserved.
Fort Hood is all about Islam. Muslims across America need to start turning in those who teach and practise the “secret” jihadist meditative and prayer practises. They are not covered by “ Freedom of Religion.”EIther that, or they all can leave in pine boxes, taking as many with them as they can. Which will it be?
The next incident will be a suicide bomber. Get ready for it. Obama has brought the foreign war hoe to America, we no longer foght them over there, we fight them RIGHT HERE!This is waht Obama wants.
If — heaven forbid! — a crazy Christian were to storm a mosque in NYC tomorrow and gun down 13 Muslims at prayer, would the media be baffled? Ask about motivation? Declare that this wasn’t a religious matter? Show sympathy to the shooter?
“God defeated Allah at Fort Hood.He also did not let Hasan die to gain a seat next to his perverted god.”
Yep! And made no mistake about it.....ISLAM was behind this brazen attack.
How true.
Of course not. None of these horriffic crimes happening across our nation have anything to do with race or religion. The only thing that has anything to do with race or religion are the oppressive white Christians.

Carl Tobias, you are a typical lying left wing lawyer.
Did Homeland Security and the Brass at Walter Reed ignore the Islamic killers rantings, promote him and send him to Ft Hood?
Mark Stein does a great job of shredding the pc bs and getting to reality of Islamic Killers in America and around the world:

MARK STEYN: MULTICULTURAL ILLUSIONS KILL - NO STRATEGY TO DEFEND AGAINST IDEOLOGY

Thirteen dead and 31 wounded would be a bad day for the US military in Afghanistan, and a great victory for the Taliban. When it happens in Texas, in the heart of the biggest military base in the nation, at a processing center for soldiers either returning from or deploying to combat overseas, it is not merely a tragedy (as too many people called it) but a glimpse of a potentially fatal flaw at the heart of what we have called, since 9/11, the war on terror. Brave soldiers trained to hunt down and kill Americas enemy abroad were killed in the safety and security of home by, in essence, the same enemy a man who believes in and supports everything the enemy does.
And hes a US Army major.
And his superior officers and other authorities knew about his beliefs but seemed to think it was just a bit of harmless multicultural diversity as if believing that the Muslims should stand up and fight against the aggressor (ie, his fellow American soldiers) and writing Internet paeans to the noble heroism of suicide bombers and, indeed, objectively supporting the other side in an active war is to be regarded as just some kind of alternative lifestyle that adds to the general vibrancy of the base.
When it emerged early on Thursday afternoon that the shooter was Nidal Malik Hasan, there appeared shortly thereafter on Twitter a flurry of posts with the striking formulation: Please judge Major Malik Nadal [sic] by his actions and not by his name.

Well, I guess I will stop watching bones. I only watch it via netflix and I like the series because of the fact that Seely Booth is a devout christian and an ex-soldier. should have known they would make some crap like this sooner or later.
The cockroaches who infest (and control) this country's media and popular culture must have felt very frustrated from briefly having to conceal their contempt for this country's military and bedrock culture. They couldn't express that contempt as openly as they did in my day, but now they feel unfettered, and have pulled off their masks. I swear I would leave this world a contented man, if I could just live to see those people hunted. They really do give vermin a bad name.
The minute I heard his name I knew he was a muslim.
He wanted a compliant Islamic wife, no doubt because he fantasized he could compel her sexual favors, being a dumpy fat loser and all. He couldn't get that. He wanted what he did not qualify for. He wanted love and respect.
Islamism provided all the rationalizations he needed to go off and justify himself. Islamism is clever in how it can encourage failures to elevate their personal resentments into homicide.
the Minute I heard of an attack..... I knew it was carried out by a Muslim.
Golly VR-21, my pet cockroach, who lives in my puter, just fell dead after reading you compared him with those in our media. Poor, poor dear...he was shocked to death.
LOL, well, you’ve got me there.
What is this, some type of twisted commentary on Haditha?
If Hasan had used explosives to kill all those people — instead of handguns — would THAT have made it a terrorist act?
Talk about a double standard!
>> What is this, some type of twisted commentary on Haditha?
I’m talking about the described Bones episode.
