Anyone know why it took well over 5 minutes for someone to shoot at the terrorist, on the largest Army base in the world? And then to be stopped by an off duty female civilian?

I’m surprised the Slimes covered this aspect of the massacre. I’m surprised they are implying that Munley is a hero. After all, she (and maybe also her partner) shot a MUSLIM. And that’s the most coveted of politically correct groups in the WORLD.

I wonder if the writer will keep his job.

Just saw her boss on Fox. Apparently she was shot almost immedeately upon arriving. She engaged the shooter even though she was shot. Was struck again. Stayed in the fight, WAS STRUCK ONCE MORE, and finally put the shooter down. I can’t give this woman enough props for her courage.

I cannot say how much I admire this lady. She jumped forward in the face of possible death and rendered the shooter incapable of continuing his actions.

I hope the various law enforcement associations recognize her with their highest awards for bravery.

I would expect der leader to do so too but he and Holder will be debating why she did not tell him to stop and read him his rights before shooting him.

I only wish she had a 12 gauge rather than the 9mm.

From all accounts I've read, this lady went right at the shooter without hesitation. "Who Dares Wins", as the saying goes. Speed and surprise.

I hope she recovers from her wounds quickly.

One fine point in the story. She fired and started running toward the ahole. Most police departments have discouraged active closure on shooters for years. Having been in two shootouts I can say that it served me well both times. Of course I learned from Special Forces trainers years ago.

She is truly a hero, the only way to stop a nutcase with a gun is a man(women) with gun.
The sad thing for the National Socialist Democrats is that the timing of this serious crisis is all wrong.
If this had happened after they had managed to Rahm that healthcare tyranny through, they could be out there talking about the “National Health Epidemic” of gun violence.
And how this shows that this is a ‘Health’ issue and Not a God-given right (of self-defense) issue.
On can easily imagine the gun grabber groups would all be out there parroting the same line about this being more of a threat than swine flu or something.
Now if they come out with sort of BS, they will clearly signaling that healthcare is not about health but controlling the electorate – and what the Dems would call our silly civil rights like “Freedom of Speech” and “the right to defend ourselves” and other archaic customs of an old fashioned ‘Free society’.
Remember what Rahm Emanuel once said: “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste,”
