It seems to me, he had plenty of time to sort his information and align his priorities as he took to the stage.... It is inapproriate for the President to give a shout out in the first place so in this instance it was just inexcusable...a clear indicator of who the guy is. A two bit loser.

Please note...he's a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the Bronze Star Medal, the Congressional Gold Medal and the Légion d'honneur. Not the Congressional Medal of Honor. Medicine Crow did serve in the 103rd Infantry Division in World War II, and won a Bronze Star for it. But NOT a CMOH. Ever.
