I actually meant to call them the Communist Party. They are no longer the party of Kennedy, heck, even the party of Clinton wasn’t as bad as this

Oddly enough, he may be right, although not in the sense he intends. The outcome doesn’t depend on the opinions of left wing loons; it depends on how the Republican Leadership interprets recent events and how they act going forward.

And the portents are not terribly good. The leaders are already saying that it wasn’t their fault that we lost NY23. They are saying that it was the local party’s fault, or anyone’s fault but their own. They are also lying, saying that they spent no money attacking Hoffman, when in fact they DID spend money on ads against him and they DID send Newt and others out to attack him and his supporters.

Grayson says that parties have a habit of disappearing after 100 years. I’ve been saying the same thing, only I’d say it’s more like 150—which is the age of the Republican Party.

And I draw a different conclusion. If the Republican party once again backs the RINOs, and continues to diss Sarah or any conservative who might turn things around, then this may be the time that the disintegrate.

But, if so, that will NOT benefit the Democrats. It certainly didn’t last time, when they found themselves fighting against Republicans instead of Whigs. And it won’t this time, if they find themselves fighting against a real conservative party (fiscal, constitutional, and social) instead of a bunch of effete and stupid RINOs with their feet in their mouths.

If the Republican Leadership comes around, then they can avoid this outcome. But if they don’t—and they certainly have shown no signs of doing so—then they will be replaced by something better.

Watch Sarah, and see if she can work with the REpublicans or will have to throw them to the curb and start anew. In Alaska, she beat the corrupt Republican establishment, but she did so as a Republican. Now, we just have to wait and see.

Lessee, this putz is a first term Democrat in a district George W. Bush carried twice by big margins. Gee, Alan, if I were you I'd worry that I might be doing the disintegrating, just like a bad sci-fi movie.

Alan Grayson reminds me of a made for television villain. If Grayson was an actor he'd specialize in corrupt lawyers, slimy faith healers, and casting couch movie ‘producers’.

I’m guessing he didn’t venture out to the Capitol steps this morning. He would have witnessed how absurd his statement is.

Exactly. My first thought was “maybe so, and I wouldn’t mind because it’ll be replaced by the Conservative party.” Cool thing about the Conservative party? Conservatives would actually control it and anyone who strayed would be called out in a heartbeat.

This buffoon's 15 minutes are already up.

Would it be antisemitic of me to ask why so many Florida congressmen are actually Jewish lawyers from New York?

Looking at Grayson’s mug, I can’t help thinking that when he was a kid in school, he was regularly beat up by his classmates.

No, he looks like the kind of guy who was always beating up his classmates. He's just continuing the pattern.

The guy is totally irrelevant and not worth wasting opinion on. He wants the lime-light and these threads feed his ego.

Wishful thinking, pal. What will emerge after the GOP infighting is over, is a juggernaught with the words “Democrat steamroller” emblazoned on the front.

“Grayson pointed to the showdown in NY-23 as evidence that “the tea baggers are no longer obeying the corporate pay masters.””

I love this guy!!!
Having a complete lunatic on the other side is a great thing!

I hope he speaks out often, loudly and insanely.
