On Friday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Fernando Campoamor told a judge in D.C Superior Court that accused murderer and gang member Ingmar Guandique, 28, along with members of the MS-13 gang threatened to kill a witness and his family, if he testifies at Guandiques January trial.
A Salvadoran national in this country illegally, Guandique was arrested last April for the murder of missing intern Chandra Levy, who disappeared in 2001. Her skeletal remains were discovered a year later in D.C.s Rock Creek Park.
At the time of his arrest for the Levy murder, he was already in prison for the assault of two other women in Washington D.C. He was actually arrested only a few days after Levys disappearance on burglary charges, though law enforcement was aware of his illegal status, Immigration and Customs Enforcement was not notified due to the Districts sanctuary policy.
More and more, the issue of crime attributed to illegal aliens is and should be on the minds of millions of Americans.
While Chandra Levy may be the most well known American who has been killed by an illegal alien, she is only one in a staggeringly large and ever-growing group.
In 2005, the Government Accountability Office announced the results of a study which examined the criminal history of 55,322 illegal aliens who were incarcerated in federal, state, and local institutions during the year 2003.
The results of that aforementioned study follow:
.The 55,322 illegal aliens in the study accounted for a total of 459,614 arrests (or eight arrests per illegal alien). Their arrests represented a total of nearly 700,000 criminal offenses (or 13 offenses per illegal alien). 36 percent of those studied had been arrested at least five times previously.
Lord, Help Us. We are being attacked from within and without.
Oh my gosh! I haven’t heard her name in a long time...marking to read article later. I thought the case was over!
Ping to azkathy
Sidenote:I hope sheriff Joe takes those stats and utlilizes them.
Instead of a witness protection program, a better idea would be to take down MS13. The cops and the FBI know who most of them are. Round ‘em all up.
Terrorists, plain and simple.
And sheriff joe is the one being persecuted by the govt for daring to enforce immigration laws.
Well, why don’t they take it down? What are they waiting for, more deaths?
ping
They'll be rewarded for their deeds with amnesty while Sheriff Joe will be prosecuted (like Ramos and Compeon were not so long ago).
Corruption in our government is rampant (ala the USSR of old), including our justice department which tolerates and protects those flagrantly disregarding US immigration laws (federal funds should be withheld to sanctuary cities!!!!!).
How can US citizens have any respect whatsoever for politicians and a judicial system that rewards criminals and punishes those who enforce and obey laws?
Time for this little puke to get what he deserves.
Good point!
It would require a massive effort. MS-13 is now scattered all across the U.S.
However, it could be done.
Post all the names, pictures and addresses of all known gang members. Then just back off. Let the citizens of this country do what needs to be done. Who would vote to convict anyone for removing this disease from our land? Not me that is for sure.
The sooner animals like this know they can and will be hunted just as they hunt others, the sooner they will go home or be buried.
Used to be an awesome paperback series called The Executioner. Main character named Mack Bolin. He hunted the mafia because they murdered his family. Someday these cheap brutal punks are going to run afoul of an individual like Mack Bolin. Somebody with combat experience and who's serious about personal security. They have to be taught that one mustn't monkey with the buzz saw when it's busy cutting wood. Imagine somebody with Iraq or Afghan experience that's marine Force Recon or a SEAL or Ranger. If they feel they need help, any number of buddies available. Willing, too. I'd pay money to watch THAT operation go down.
Lets adopt Mexicos immigration laws. I like that one clause they have where every single Mexican citizen is deputized to report anyone they’re aware of who is in Mexico illegally.
So he was a known killer of women in Wa.D.C.? So who hired him to kill Chandra, I wonder.
That works for me!! I don’t see what AMERICANS don’t do that now.
