Palin's Latest Facebook Note
As the vice president knows, I have always advocated an all-of-the-above approach to American energy independence. Among other things, my alternative energy goal for Alaska sits at 50 percent because Alaska reached more than 20 percent during my term in office. The Obama-Biden administration, on the other hand, recently announced a renewable goal of only 25 percent. However, domestic drilling should remain a top priority in order to meet Americas consumption and security needs.
The vice presidents extreme opposition to domestic energy development goes all the way back to 1973 when he opposed the Alaska pipeline bill. As Ann Coulter pointed out, Biden cast one of only five votes against the pipeline that has produced more than 15 billion barrels of oil, supplied nearly 20 percent of this nations oil, created tens of thousands of jobs, added hundreds of billions of dollars to the U.S. economy and reduced money transfers to the nations enemies by about the same amount.
This nonsensical opposition to American domestic energy development continues to this day. Apparently the Obama-Biden administration only approves of offshore drilling in Brazil, where it will provide security and jobs for Brazilians. This election is about American security and American jobs.
Theres one way to tell Vice President Biden that were tired of folks in Washington distorting our message and hampering our nations progress: Hoffman, Baby, Hoffman!
- Sarah Palin
The MSM attacked Palin for her lack of experience while touting the depth of BOs vast background.
I’d hardly hold them up as the standard especially considering most of them are slowly going bankrupt.
Ding. Ding. Ding. We have a winner! They wont like her will they? It isn't about her failing to include concise policy formlations with every Facebook post that got you so riled up now is it?
Seems Sarah just wouldn't be very popular with the media and your little circle of friends. Maybe we should try a McCain type candidate again who will try extra hard to make the MSN love him.
We certainly don't need honesty, leadership and conviction. /s
She helped destroy the last vestiges of credibility the left had regarding support for women.
And perhaps someone should suggest to Joe that pretending to be stupid is not a good tactic for him.
One of the real values of her VP run is that she learned, and learned well, the distortionist tricks of the LeftStream Press. In 2012 there will be only live interviews, or, at a minimum, full taping by both sides.
Thank you. This will make grandchildren numbers 5 & 6. I presently have three grandaughters and a grandson. These two even the numbers at three boys and three girls.
She reformed the Alaska Oil and Gas Commission (which is easily the most significant state-level energy board in the United States). As Govenor she got the CNG (that's Compressed Natural Gas, FYI) Trans-Canada pipeline project up and running (the largest public works project in North Anmerica, despite Obama's "stimulus" infrastrucure spending) up and running after decades of noodling by predecessors, and Alaska has MORE alternative energy than any other state, most of which has been has been added since she became involved in Alaska energy.
Are you a Soros Stoolie? I mean, I understand if you don't like her adding "there" ad "then" to every sentence (but that's how AntiFreeze Belt people talk, just like Nor'Easters can't figure out how to pronounce the letter "R".* Live with it).
*as in Kerry-isms: "The man from Cuber Pahkked his Cah in Hahvud Yahd to get it warshed." Or, "Fwootty Bonny Fwank says Sawah Pawin talks funny."
Are you kidding? I'm George Soros himself! I mean, hell, buddy, it MUST be the case that anybody who doesn't share your exalted opinion of St. Sarah must automatically be the ultimate enemy.
Cripes... You idiots are gonna be the death of conservatism ... your litmus test approach has already put it in the hospital.
Hope you don't think that I'm holding the corrupt MSM up as any sort of standard. I'm not.
Wonderful post! Thanks for sharing it! I put this on my Facebook page.
