46% said they had no interest in any of those books.

It should have read, "46% said they had no interest in any books". That's more like it...

This is such bogus malarkey. The left is absolutely terrified of Sarah Palin. They’ve been talking down her book for months, and they don’t even know what’s in it.

They’ve now come out with a copy cat looking book to try to bleed off sales of her book. Kid yourselves not, every lefty that might have thought of buying her book to see what she had so say, will now have to decide, her book / the funny knock off? Palin will lose some sales. I doubt it will be significant. What this does show though, is the absolute panic that has gripped the left over her book.

Now we read that Rice is the real deal. Sarah’s book isn’t what people are looking forward to. Well, they’ll have to excuse me for noticing that Sarah’s pre-sales figures are on fire.

If Sarah pounds home solid Conservative ideals in an easily read format, it’s going to drive the left stark raving mad.

Oh scratch that. You can’t drive people to a location if they’re already there.

Presumably the entire poll was conducted inside the DC Beltway

Now CBS wouldn’t sway polls, right? Right?

“This is pure bull. It is amazing what effortless propagandists and liars the Dems have become.”

They have drifted into something very bad we chased away in 1782.

This makes as much sense as those over-hyped consumer confidence polls. When people put their money where their mouth is, I listen. I'm interested in Rice's book, but I won't pre-order it like I did Palin's.

In fact, truth be known, I probably won't ever even read Rice's.

I’ve already purchased Sarah’s book, I’ll pass on the rice.

I wouldn’t believe anything that came from Vanity Fair magazine.

Interest in Rice's book leads interest in those by her former bosses, former President George W. Bush and former Vice President Dick Cheney, as well as the memoir to be published this month by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R), according to a poll

What a joke! Palin's book is a runaway best seller before being released! I'd be willing to bet you that 99% of Americans don't even know that Condi is writing a book.

Jerry Rice? That might be worth reading.

True enough, but how about Donna Rice?

CA....

Is this poll for real?

Probably 80% of the American nation do NOT know what position in government Joe Biden holds. And yet, “60 Minutes” and Vanity Fair would have us believe that Rice’s book has more interest than Palin’s?

Exercise: go to your local mall or supermarket. Ask people shopping if they’ve heard of a) Joe Biden b) Condi Rice or c) Sarah Palin.

My guess is that most people in the American nation would give you answer “c).”

But I think the poll was purposely skewed somehow to minimize the tremendous press and advance sales that Sarah Palin's book is generating.

I agree. I wouldn't trust a poll sponsored by 60 Minutes and Vanity Fair no matter the subject matter but on this subject at this time its purpose seems obvious.

None. He's a former Vice-President.

Yeah what poll determined this? LOL. I didn’t even know she had a memoir coming out.

A lame attempt to diminish Palin’s book.

When the others lives have been plastered all over the media; there’s not much sense in buying a book.

Condi; however; is a different story.

Looks like Mike O'Brien over at “the Hill” was ordered to have his credibility ‘fall on his sword’ to serve the nefarious purpose of badmouthing Palin’s book.

How foolish his title of “more interested” will look when actual interest in terms of SALES will be such that Palin’s book will outsell both Bush and Rice's combined.

Your credibility has been pimped out HARD on the cheap Mike O'Brien.
