Those obamamaniacs are still here—they are in my office and he can do no wrong.

Well, the Obamenthusiasts got that change. Now they can go back to gardening or Sudoku turning tricks. Fixed.

Obamenthusiasts got that change. And that change is now called a pay check.

What happened to Obamamania? Reality. Unfortunately the ones who still support him have no concept of reality.

If you think people are disillusioned now, wait until The Great Spreader passes cap and tax er cap and trade and revokes the Bush tax cuts. Plus gasoline prices are rising again...must be that damn Bush calling the oil companies and telling them to raise them. At least that’s what a number of my co-workers thought. Except Bush isn’t the president anymore. It’s very difficult for me not to rag them by asking them: why is Obama telling the oil companies to raise gas prices?

Many Obamenthusiasts were thrilled by the idea of putting Obama in and getting George W. Bush out. Give the Leftist media credit for both. For eight years they unfairly demonized Bush's every move and then steadfastly refused to examine anything about Obama, his background, his qualifications, his associates, etc.

The maniacs in my church are still very much present. I was irked to see that they even put "Yes we can" on the reply card for our annual stewardship campaign. We didn't tear it up, but didn't return it either. I'm still thinking about how to respond. There are many things I like about my church, but when the lefty politics are brought into it, it bothers me a lot.
When I can, I try to educate or challenge their thinking. Some are so far into the indoctrination it's hard to know where to start. I find many of them are expecting the economy to improve soon, as though it's a natural thing like winter following autumn. In those instances I usually express my opinion that the blithering idiots in Washington are destroying the foundations of our economy with excessive debt and spending. Even liberals can somewhat relate to the need to balance a budget.

Heh heh.
I work with two women who were ardent Zero supporters during the election. Both of them have been strangely subdued for about the last six months, and one has actually said some things critical of Obama.
I think they’re both starting to come around.
