PLASTIC surgeon has told how he chose a dowdy girl as his bride - so he could sculpt her into his ideal wife. Reza Vossough hated 33-year-old Cany's body, but they tied the knot anyway after he spotted her "potential".
He performed EIGHT operations to change her chest, thighs, eyes and face.
Vossough spent five years pumping 1,600g of silicone into her body, boosting her size A chest to a giant F cup.
He also enhanced her lips, lifted her eyelids and de-creased her forehead.
The former waitress also had nip-and-tuck ops to her bum, tummy and thighs and countless Botox injections.
Only AFTER £18,000 of cosmetic surgery did Reza, 48, fall in love with her.
But busty Cany, now a model, is thrilled with her new image. She said: "When your husband is a plastic surgeon, then the scalpel is your friend."
Reza, who operates on 1,200 patients a year at his Berlin clinic, said of his skills: "It's almost like being God - you have the ability to change nature.
"When I first met Cany, she had physical deficiencies, but I could see there was something there. She had big hips and big thighs, so we made corrections, then did a little bit more.
"On the operating table her face is covered, so she's anonymous like any patient. I was interested in working on her. It's better than nature could do."
Since her hubby's last op, Cany has had a secret fourth boob job. But Reza has not ruled out MORE work - saying: "There may be some more in the future, like a facelift, but not yet."
But Reza is wise enough to admit that he's not perfect himself.
He said: "I inherited a big nose from my dad, so my business partner made me a new one. And I have Botox too."
Oh my! That’s absolutely HORRIBLE what he did to that poor, unsuspecting girl.

i don’t see that big of a difference in the face that lots of make-up could not have achieved... even in the after shot, she is wearing a load of make-up... it’s the make-up that’s giving the shape to her eyes... i can do that too... and i did last night for Halloween...

My guess would be that the rest of her was probably just fine as well. Maybe an A cup was a bit small for her frame, but an F cup looks ridiculous. When her husband loses interest in her, she'll spend the rest of her life trying to nip and tuck herself until she looks like Michael Jackson. Have you seen Pamela Anderson lately? Her skin is getting that leathery Botoxed-beyond-comprehension look.

I think what they did is stupid and shallow. But it doesn’t sound like she was objecting. But compare this with the guy in Germany last year who advertised for a guy who wanted to be killed and eaten and then did it. By comparison, this is only a somewhat weird story of weird people doing pathetic things in pursuit of false goals. We hear them a lot—they have become mundane.
So, with respect, I don’t really understand your defense of women point. Men and women are being violated and violating themselves daily. All that made this story newsworthy is that one of the two violators had a scalpel and a license to use it.
Many years ago, I knew a dentist who got kind of obsessed with a hooker. He wouldn’t let her perform certain acts on him until he fixed all her teeth—you know, bacteria and all that?
Chalk it up to the triumph of humanism in Western Civilization. By humanist standards, these are just transactions between consenting adults. Once that is the societal norm, there are a lot of consenting adults to a lot of weird stuff.
Hmph. Any cosmetic surgeon can rebuild his wife. The really talented ones can build one from spare parts.
Does he do tune-ups or just rebuilds?
